Five killed in blaze at plant of world's biggest vaccine maker.

Looks like more of a sabotage and not eletrical short circuit. Then why is the fire at so many different locations at the same time.

"Electrical fault". There's a row of those laboratory buildings on fire, but the residential buildings are just fine ... strange !!

Trudeau’s a F’ing Imbecile to say the least. Canadians might not get shit for months?! They should think about getting the Sputnik V from the Russians.

Still feel the same way, will not get one. I mentioned earlier that my mom got both shots, we discussed it and I said she was in a home with 100 other seniors plus her age, it should not hurt to get one. Doctors told her that her only ailment is age, her body is in great shape...... but you never know. Me, I have abused myself so much in the past a sample of my blood would probably wipe out covid.

Lol! There’s an interesting subgroup. Surprisingly, peeps who don’t get flu vaccine, but are willing to get covid jabs. For them a combined jab would be something to recommend I guess. Maybe there will be one in Autumn

Canadian trump bashers are climbing up the wrong tree. Look at your own back yard.
The trudeau government has botched our vax drive and will cause thousands of needless hospitalizations and deaths.
We have vaccinated 2% of our population compared to 10% in the US and higher in over a dozen other countries.
Canada signed an early agreement with China that naturally fell apart..... and thus was late in coming to the table with other manufacturers. Even the NDP would have acted more wisely.

^^^^^ Many provinces also fucked up giving all their doses as first shot ( Quebec was the worst ) thinking Trudeau would pull through. Have read reports that getting the first shot only will cause more infections, posted the article here somewhere.

I am sure we can find away to blame Trump for the lack of vaccines.
Perhaps our three musketeers already have a plan for this.
It must somehow be that orange ass holes fault.

No Trump has nothing to do with this.

I'm not narrow-minded like the Orange Provocateur, I'm not narcissistic, and I hate lying.

Actually while you are obviously joking and sarcastic.....there is a pebble of truth in what you say.
The orange one did sign a decree to block all vax exports , including to Canada, from US manufacturers.
Canada is not capable of Manufacturing their own and relies on other countries for their supplies . Why the fuck do we find ourselves at the mercy of China, Russia, India, USA ,Mexico , GB and Belgium/EU ?

^^^^^ A Clip

OTTAWA/TORONTO (Reuters) - Canada is confident there will be no disruption of COVID-19 vaccine supplies even if the United States blocks their export because vaccines are manufactured in several countries, a government official said on Tuesday.

U.S. President Donald Trump issued an executive order to ensure Americans are first in line for domestically produced coronavirus vaccines.

That raised questions about availability of the vaccines being jointly developed by Pfizer Inc and German partner BionNTech SE, first in line for regulatory approval in Canada.

Dominic LeBlanc, minister of intergovernmental affairs, said Canada was confident Pfizer and other companies obligated to deliver vaccine doses to Canada will meet those obligations.

He said Canada's purchases are not tied to any one manufacturing site, and noted Pfizer manufactures in Europe as well as the United States.

Pfizer Canada spokeswoman Christina Antoniou said the company is committed to honoring agreements with Canada. "We are a global company that prioritizes patients all over the world,"

she said in response to a question about Trump's executive order.

So it is Trumps fault that we are at the mercy of all the other countries and the fact that we can’t get any from the US.
It is totally unacceptable and selfish that countries want to take care of their own citizens first and stop them from dying.
Wonder why this thought never occurred to JT.
Perhaps our lovable JT can get all dressed up in one of his Indian wedding garbs and take a trip over there and ask them to manufacture some of the Astra Zeneca vaccine for us.
What a fucking lame duck we elected and yes unfortunately I am ashamed to admit I voted for this POS.

Didn’t Novovax just sign a deal with Canada to produce in MTL?

^^^^^ The building is not even built yet, some say by the time the building is up and vaccine made all those who wanted a shot will have had them. There were a few other buildings available but not in Quebec so so Trudeau did not like that idea.

Yea I heard that too. But they r one of the companies looking to combine the covid and flu jabs so it would be beneficial in long run to have them in Canada for Canadians. Surprisingly, the Russians vaccine has shown good efficacy apparently, haven’t had a chance to read the Lancet article. I mean it’s not surprising that they could produce a good vaccine, it’s just that they didn’t seem to give a shit about confirming efficacy in trials they just cranked it out. I would imagine it’s good against the UK strain. Justin should just hit up Putin for Sputnik V

Another clip about the delayed vaccine in Canada, how the fuck Trudeau still has any support is beyond comprehension.
Amazed that provincial leaders decided to give their entire supply out as a first dose..............

However, Rempel-Garner said that even if Canada did receive the promised amount of vaccines by then ( End of March ), such a large shipment arriving all at the time -- as opposed to the staggered provincial and territorial rollout of deliveries -- would create logistical problems not just for storage, but also on the window between both of the doses needed to be administered of the vaccines.

In January, both BioNTech and Pfizer warned that there was no evidence that their vaccine, which needs to have a second dose administered within 21 days of the first, would continue to protect against the virus if the booster shot would be given later than what was tested in trials.

At the same time, Moderna did not comment on whether its vaccine was effective outside of its two-dose, 28-day schedule, but said that two doses given four weeks apart gave a stronger immune response than just having one injection.
