I find things are pretty quiet these days, not like the pre internet hobby age of themid 90s when people advertised in the J de Montreal, Mirror and Voir. Certainly not like 25 years ago when there were SW strolls and parks around the city were SWs plied their trade.

I’ve only been hobbying for the past 4 years. I think it has improved as technology improves. The scene offers multiple different flavors. Easier access. Much better than the SW scene.

Why would you go wait outside dress provocatly and risk being "recognized" and/or arrested when you can post ads online and get bookings?

The business has not slow down at all, it evolved !!

Its better now than it was ever. Its more accessible, there is more quality control, its safer.

For those that can remember the street scene was 80% amateurs and 20% pros once upon a time. I picked up a few never to be seen again amateurs back in the day when there were girls around Carre St. Louis.
