I prefer the boobs on the left for sure. On the right they got that engorged golfball look plus they will feel hard. I do not care if they are small or saggy just no enhanced for me. Why so critical over saggy boobs it is part of nature? Big deal if they sag. What is nasty is that golf ball look. Yark.

im a little surprised with the results being so towards naturals...maybe the choice should be: natural breast even if they are very soft and/or saggy versus enhanced breast that are visually beautiful but may feel a little and look a litlle fake?

I think we are all in awe when a woman has naturally full, firm and perky breasts that are proportional or even a bit large to her frame, but that is really rare.

I MUCH prefer fake firm breasts over natural soft, small and (sometimes) saggy breasts. In fact, I find saggy breasts a turn off.

I prefer natural any day even saggy is better then engorged golf balls. They never look or feel like the natural ones. I do not see what the problem is with saggy tits? It is a natural process of a woman she has kids her boobs will sag. As she gets older they will sag also. I personally am against any implants unless you got seriously deformed boobs or maybe has one or a part removed due to cancer. To each their own.

This should be the question. I think a minority of guys would choose the boobs on the left. For me, hell no I don’t want saggy tits just like I don’t want tits that feel like super balls. Breast enhancements do not necessarily feel like DD super balls. Many get that way over time which is a good reason to not mess with a good thing like youthful, perky, B’s and C’s.

I prefer boobs that feel and look natural. I do not care if they are enhanced or not. I just want them to look and feel like they are natural. However, I do not want saggy tits. If they are sag-nasty then get em done and choose a set of titties that look appropriate for your frame. They should look and feel natural. But no, I don’t want sagnasty, dog eared, when she walks she gets rug burns, cow tits.

Naturals are better, but depending on the job done, enhanced aren't bad. My current SP of choice is enhanced, so eh.

I don't know where to begin my answer. Just because 'it is part of nature' does not make it appealing....Being 70 years old is 'part of nature', i aint gonna pay to have sex with a 70 y.o....

That is why I said to each their own. But no fake tits for me I do not care if they are small or saggy. No engorged golf balls for me.

what surgeons can do today... is astonishing... a work of art, nearly a miracle to the eyes of the beholder.
I realize I've been somewhat brainwashed by society to be acclimated to enhanced breasts.

Some women are gifted, and some aren't as much. An old friend of mine who wasn't so gifted (without being crude), growing up she was always reserved, would never come to the pool to wear her swimsuit, she wouldn't hang out with girls, and she was always wearing extra layers. She felt she could only fit in the boys, which fucked with her mind, because she thought it was because of her breasts. Her low self-esteem caused her to spiral towards drugs. After rehab, she got her breasts done, nothing too exaggerated but it finally gave her female curves. Now she's a confident women and outgoing, chasing after her goals in life.
All this to say, I support the women's decision to do what it takes for them to feel good in their own skin, not because I like boobs, but because I know how much of a positive impact it can have on women.

Over the years of hobbying, I have seen godsend natural breasts that women butcher to become thots. Those situations break my heart, and almost calls for blasphemy. Despite this, you do what it takes. I have never heard of a girl change her mind on getting breast surgery. So I think we have to get used to it.

A girl taught me how to spot fake breasts very accurately in those subtle cases (obviously clothed). If a girl's breasts seem to be centered, they are most probably fake. If you are not sure, because of the bra she is wearing, watch her walk and look for the jiggle. During my immature days, I would tell girls at work to sit in my chair which reclined nearly 180 degrees, and I would check whether their boobs would plop down or stay perked up. That was my test lol.

I wonder how the guys who like natural breasts only, would describe the perfect natural breasts? because in my mind it would just be a medium between fake breasts... but I'm curious for one of you guys to tell me what the perfect pure o-natural breasts would look like.

I like enhanced breasts until they get hard due to capsular contracture (scar tissue that develops around the implant.) The problem is that this is a common occurrence and not necessarily the fault of the doctor.

If a girl is an A-cup and wants some curves or if a girl has saggy breasts due to child birth etc., I’m all for it. My problem is when a girl has beautiful perky, youthful B’s or C’s and they decide that they have to look like some pornstar or something and they get a boob job with that escort money that is burning a hole in their pocket. Sometimes I think it should be a crime. They should have to first go to planned parenthood and be forced to view some botched boob jobs and feel hard boobs or something like this before being able to modify that God given perfection.

I remember the famous Jennifer telling me that she was going to get enhancements. Why????? They were perfect. I didn’t sleep for a week over that statement.

I saw the wonderful Katrina2018 at her debut about 2 years ago. She had beautiful natural breasts for my taste.
She talked about getting implants which I said her was absolutly not needed.
I saw her after with her new implants.
Very well done and not too big but didn't add anything to the experience.

I do prefer natural, especially when they look like Dillion Harper.

But well made enhanced are also very nice. It really depends on the look and feel. Not all enhanced are horribly done.

Guys, lets not forget what a ball sack looks like, saggy and wrinkled ! The human body comes in many different shapes and we are now a society that wants perfection. Enhanced boobs, lips, cheeks. ass doesn't equate perfection. They also have zero to do with sexuality, that comes from the area between your ears. It's time to accept that .

I do not think 75% prefer that, if 75% prefer natural that means naturals that look like the right but feel better and move when she lays down. Just my opinion.
There are a couple of SP's that head breast work, they looked superb before, now well.......just my opinion.

It depend, a couple year ago I would have reply "I like them" but more I growing old more I tend to prefer natural breast. However, I ever met girls with remarkably well made fake tits.
