I don't think I've had that many and I don't even need a phony medication to keep me healthy. Lots of exercise, a good diet, and a pretty face at my door.

Breastfeeding is said to be really good for the immune system.
Just the placebo effect of sucking on a breast can help a lot.
Seriously, the best is to dress properly and cover your head. I think being cold weakens your system and the germs can really give you a kick in the balls.
And there will never be... There are so many viruses that give colds, it's impossible to have one vaccine target all these viruses. Plus viruses change over time, so...
Now there is an influenza vaccine. This one is made with last year's main influenza source... hoping the virus of this year will share enough similarities with last year's so that it will work!
I always catch colds from sp's this time of year.

Today I canceled an appointment for tomorrow with my favorite because of a lousy phoquing cold. I hate winter! I hate everything!

Wasn't sure where to write this and then I found this thread. Seems to fit what I wanted to comment on.
I believe as hobbyists in a ''HIGH RISK"" hobby we have a duty to be responsable and not put our fellow hobbyists or Sp's at risk. Having read a recent review where a longtime merb member inserted in anus and then allowed Sp to insert immediately into vagina was an irresponsable act. A change of condom should have been asked for. He would assume that she must be very clean if she would do that but I don't think that this was a wise assumption. This potentially puts the Sp's health at risk and subsequent clients who may become exposed if doing DATY and Digits. In the same session he also allows the Sp to rim him when he knows he hadn't showered all day. This again seems to display a lack of respect toward Sp and fellow hobbyists...
I know we don't live in a perfect world and that this is a precarious hobby we have chosen to be a part of...but Guys can we at least take a shower beforehand!! BTW shower facilities were available to aforementioned member.
