Newhook is gonna replace evans. Beck is gonna replace dvorak. 3rd liners and 4th liners can be replaced. By trade signing or even farm . Its first and second liners that arent easily replaceable

I agree however i think the only chance they have of returning is if Hughes can’t trade them formthe price he’ll be asking. If so he may try to re-sign them & try to trade them next season.
Vasilevsky between the pipes tonight & Monty. TB isn’t as good as it once was & their big goalie has slowed down. Kucherov is still by far their best player but the younger players he’s surrounded with are pretty good & the veterans are still good role players. However the Bolts are no longer scary. They are very beatable & this is a key game for both teams. The Bolts like the Habs are fighting for a playoffs spot & they don’t want to go on a losing streak. The habs must keep their foot on the pedal since they are among a considerable group of teams trying to sneak into the playoffs via the wildcard.
By the way just wannna mention , and i dont think he get enough credit, but kaiden guhle is a warrior man. What a player .

Huge win for the Habs! TB should be worried after this game. Vasylievsky gave up Mtl’s first two goals on what…9 shots? Savard was great in that last minute! Only a veteran defenceman like Savard would sacrifice himself to do this for the sole purpose of getting his team a win! Love this player!

Habs are really pushing on , lately , Boston will drown now in the incomming years , if they make the playoff it may be the last time they do in a long time or not as much as they use to be doing , Tampa too , they are slowing down , Ottawa , Columbus are getting strong , thos team in the playoff make cause a surprise in the first round, Montreal may be kicked in the first round too but I think the futur is bright with 2 first round this year (hopelly calgary pick is a good one) we should have like 2x first round pick between 10-18 spot , Next year we hope Demidov is comming into the North America and this is where Montreal will be scary ! He is a generational player , mark my words!
