Great Resignation

Saw some news stories about the "Great Resignation". apparently many people quitting work, salaries may go up as a result. Wonder what the politics will turn out on this one:

I told my boss I was quitting last Thursday and going to inform my company tomorrow. I was interviewing since May and finally got hired in late July. I start my new job on August 30th. Yeah my salary jumped 30% as a result. This is just the base not including the company bonus, the team bonus and a raise at the end of the year.

Honestly though I love and adore the people I work with now. They are like my second family as we have been together for over 10 years but just some of the conditions at work that are beyond my control that are showing signs of uncertainty. If there were certain factors in place I would of never looked.

Moving on and having new challenges will just be a good thing for you.

Even my sister is finally quitting her job where she have been for 17 years.

Better salary better hours... Everybody are having great opportunities.
