However all police officers has a discretionary power of arrest ,I fear more the impulse arrest then the structured ones in this case .

I think forgoing all agency incall appointments might be a bit dramatic, especially in Montreal. My guess is that some of these agencies might transition into types of dating services where guys pay a substantially higher fee than the girls. The girls fee could be the equivalent of the current agency fee the girl now pays. Guys could offer the girls a cash gift at the end of the session. Legal in Canada? Does it constitute "consideration"? I'm not sure, but a good lawyer could perhaps defend and I don't know what public perception would be of government investigating couples' dates. One of the solutions will be to rename escort agencies in out call stripper and massage service which are legal. Never really understood bitcoin, seem to be extremely complicated to use and weird... Not that much services that i know use it.
