Info with Via Rail

Does anyone know reliable the Via Rail trains are coming from Toronto? I'm coming into town for a hockey game and I want to make sure that when they say they arrive in Montreal at 2:30, that they actually do arrive at 2:30.

One of my employe taking train every 2 week to go there and come back and its 99% on time or max 15 min delay. But if there's the snow fall of the century or something don't expect miracle!
