Turn the cell. Off
Best solution ever, but that's when you do NOT need it to communicate with the lady you're meeting!

"Forget" your cell phone somewhere (e.g. your place of work, restaurant where you know the manager etc.) when you see your mistress. Get a burner phone to communicate with her.
Very good idea. As long as you DO have a place of work. I work from home, or on the road at different clients, I don't have a place I can leave the phone. And again, I need it to communicate with the lady I'm meeting.

Sadly or for good ,there is many other ways then a IPhone for wives to find cheating Husbands !Lol
You bet! GPS is only one. Too many ways for them to find out to be listed here... Residual scent, lips or bite marks, sudden lack of sexual drive, even the smallish attitude change can be noticed. And once she gets suspicious (hopefully my is not... yet!), it can quickly become a nightmare.

.
.
.

My solution: I'll go get an Android phone. It'a different "ecosystem", with no automatic GPS position sharing with my iPhone. When going to meet my mistress, I'll turn the iPhone completely off. It's the only way I found to be totally safe.

Again, for those of you who still didn't get the point... BE CAREFUL WITH APPLE's FAMILY SHARING: Even though you think you are safe... You are not! Even if you turn GPS positioning completely off, a suspecting wife could remotely turn your phone on "stolen mode" and then the GPS would turn on and point right at you! You would be notified though, so you'd know the shit hit the fan!

Do not turn on iMessage! That could be even more disastrous then the GPS feature ;)

The only way to be safe is to have a different phone, read EB's post.

Look behind you.
Hard to believe that adults use a phone app that lets others track their location, funny actually. I and see getting something for pre-teens or something. Just sayin.
Life is simpler when one is divorced and do not care what anyone thinks of your hobbying, never cheated while married, saw my first escort after the divorce.

FYI, the problem is NOT only application sharing, it's the fact as soon you enable Apple's "Family Sharing" for other purposes (sharing apps purchases, sharing Apple Music subscription, others), the GPS positioning comes with it and can't be disabled without other members of the family knowing if they look at your status (Positioning deactivated).

Better knowing in advance, no?

Can you elaborate on your iMessage comment?

And yes I agree on the separate phone, although it may be difficult to explain why you have a 2nd one, if she finds it.

Eeeeek, sounds like something most in this business would not want. Even if I was not in the hobby I would in no way execute this app for that reason ( tracking ) alone. Not an Apple person, useful info yes.
Edit: Best would be to not enable it from the start and then there would/should be no questions and if there are the response should be " I am an adult, do not need/want a tracker on my body ".

Simple, imessage communication is logged in Apple servers, therefore, accessible if someone is smart enough, or simply have the iPad password.

If you communicate with an SP by imessage, you're screwed..

Same thing for Facebook messenger, it also tracks you down

EB advice is right on point. Burner phone if you have a gf. On silent mode please...

And by the way, Android phone are just as worst with Google. It tracks down all my last locatioblocation. Burner phone is the best option. If it's not a smart phone, even better!

Hello id you use a iPhone you can buy a SIM card prepaid with fake name and you switch the SIM card and you can contact who you want preferably by message when you are done, switch the SIM card and erase conversation, this way you are sure that you will not receive special message when your are not ready to receive them. Not perfect but safe have fun

Lets say you enable iMessage on your device. Then you kid tells you to buy an 2$ app on his iPad. You enter your iTune account on the iPad since you dont want a credit card on his account, and boom if the iMessage is also enable as well the SMS message will be synchronized. That is how my 9 year old boy told me he received a "Honey are you still there?" message on his iPad ;) Since I am separated I manage that one fine (the kids laugt a lot about the honey part :) ) but it could have been terrible if I was married...

Me too STN I waited until I was separated. The question is, dont' you think hobbying is actually saving some mariage from falling appart? Got 2 friends who havent had sex with their wife for so many years... Sex wise their union are dead and they are in their early forties... Still they are both happy with their wife, the familiy, the kids... Hobbying actually helps their mariage, funny to think of it but it's the truth! They both prefer to pay escort than having an affair, less risky I guess.

Cheers,

For me it not the lack of sex, not the place to say but she has issues. As for saving marriages, very good friend of mine is in a sexless marriage and he refuses to visit me because he knows he will cross over ( showed him the great cookies available here ), good christian he is there is no sex anymore. Yes, if you can manage a family life and not worry about it for sure escorts will fill the void, if my ex stopped having sex I would have probable seen an escort earlier.
Back to the phone tracking thing.... If I was to ask my wife at the time to have the tracker on or the other way around it would not have happened, can guarantee my friends would say the same thing.
