Is it common place to get a number from a SP?

A number of girls have given me their number, for business purposes. I never followed thru, though.

Two girls have given me their email addresses just to chat. One of them was the mighty Daryn, then at Eleganza, and her address consisted of her first and last names -- the real names -- and a common email provider.

Via email I sent Daryn a fervent prose poem in French, and over the years I'd check out her Facebook page and the photos there of her and her various attractive friends. Now the page has gone private.

A few years after our first visit, I arranged a follow-up. This was done by calling her agency (at that point Mike's Mansion, I think) and following the usual channels. I never derived any advantage from Daryn's impulse beyond seeing those pictures and sending a poem. My brush with greatness was really due to the fact that Daryn could size me up and see I wouldn't try anything. Still, I'm proud that she thought I was worth the gesture.

My buddy thought the SP that gave him her number was interested in more than just sex. So they arranged to go out on a "date" and then back to his hotel room. When they were wrapping up their date she asked to be paid for the 2 hours at dinner and the 2 hours at the hotel room. It turned into something really ugly for both of them. Always make sure you know what the relationship is before you go down that road.

I can see how this gambit might work out for her because the embarrassment factor. A guy might pay just to avoid having her laugh at him for thinking they were compatible as a couple.

I'd imagine numbers are also less common now that Twitter is getting popular among many WGs.
