Can't believe no one has mentioned it, but the easiest excuse is to join a gym. I usually go to the gym 6-7 days a week. If I'm planning on getting a happy massage on a particular day, I'll just "go to the gym" at a different hour. "I was too tired to go to the gym this morning so I'll just go this afternoon". You can use this excuse once or twice a week forever.
Now it’s easy
Gyms were closed for a good part of the pandemic
Plus I have a home gym. If I go out to the gym. I will feel guilty about not actually going to the gym

Gyms verify your membership every time you walk in the door. Wouldn't be that tough for a person, especially a wife to call or go to the gym only to find out you haven't been there. Best excuses are ones that have no electronic footprint, I went for a walk, bike ride, etc.

If your wife is calling the gym, etc to follow up to make sure you've been where you say you've been, then I'm afraid there's already big problems happening...

If your married and your looking for excuses to cheat on your wife the "big problems" belong to the wife's husband.

That's a complicated issue and that's also true - I'm just saying... damn, imagine having to deal with someone checking up on you like that.

I go 6-7 days a week. Missing out a day every now and then is nothing. The weeks I only go 6 days I already "missed" a day. When the pandemic hit I was stuck at home. No excuse to go out for me.

You missed my point. I have a home gym. If I were paying for crossfit or gym usage. I wouldn’t fake out a gym session for SP. it’s burning money

$30 a month for a gym is burning money but $300 for a 5 second nut is ok? Ok then.
My gym is 100$ a month for MMA.
5 second pop?
not really the same thing. Consider the gym twice a week. If i miss 1 it’s the cost of the miss plus the cost of the girl.
Anyway. Nobody is telling you how to spend your money. So don’t question where I see value in mine
