No we shouldn't. Prices were constant during the Jazz Festival 2002-2005. I was in Montreal for the Jazz Festival all 4 years, and saw numerous SPs at their same rates. There was no increase.
No such thing happened during GP week either, to my recollection, because far more ladies are working and supply goes up with the demand. What happened in past years was a number of "unretirements." Chloe, and a number of other ladies came out of retirement just to work during that week.
The good agencies plan ahead and prepare, and have more girls and more drivers available. The competition is too fierce to permit deviations.
Hotels are a different story because the supply of housing is finite and cannot be increased.
You guys need to learn real world economics.
