Again, the good Doctor. Don't you mean out until at least 2016 though?
Thank you! Also, who's the only person here who told everyone Bergevin and Therrien were lying to their fans and that Carey Price would be out AT LEAST until 2017? ;)

I know what's wrong with him and i'll share: it's his right knee. Ligament. Torn. If the team truly cares about him, they'll have him operated a.s.a.p and give him the rest of the year off to rehab. But the habs won't do the right thing, will continue to lie to their fans, and will force Price to return. They'll put pressure on their doctors to let him play. Doctors don't really have a choice since they know they'll likely be without a job if they go against the club's wishes.

Can you tell us what is wrong with his knee

I already posted the answer two days ago.

Remember the best player of all time Bobby Orr? The Bruins did put messed up with his knee an put an end to his career. Doctor wont perform surgery on a knee unless they cant avoid it I know i had 2 knee surgery.Partially torn ligament will heal itself matter of time for a young man in good condition.there are 4 ligaments plus meniscus in a knee is it torn élongated They find that out today and they wont tell me

The man has some reliable inside sources indeed. Doc also plays golf in the offseason with these sources as well as some former and current NHL'ers..... Doc is somewhat of a Celebrity in the hockey world and not just on Merb. You should of seen all the happy guys and girls when they finally got to meet the good Dr. at VIP-4 lol...Doc, did you sign any autographs? Maybe a breast or two? :D

Thank you. You give me more credit than i deserve. But then again, maybe not. Some of those 'sources' of mine have also used me as their source several times. ;)

I did!!! I had totally forgot about that time! I also played a joke on the great Stan Fischler once and the next thing you know, he tweeted it!!!

p.s. It did help that Elliott Friedman backed me up that time.

Credit? For what ??

When the team said he would be out for at least a week it left the door open to interpretation, since its related to the previous injury.Theres been lots of discussion (RDS, radio, etc...) that it could be longer (especially after Dreger, Thursday morning radio, said Price may have had arthroscopy) so its hardly a stretch to conclude that it could be longer than a week.

I once knew a guy who threw a few hundred darts at a board every day.

On the very rare occasions that he hit the bullseye he made sure that everyone heard about it.

Sol my friend, i am sorry but.....

The GEO are back to being the SEO (stinky edmonton oilers)

If they get Auston Mathews or another top 3 pick this season, they should be ordered to play in the AHL next season as punishment for getting year after year of top picks and still sucking.

Congrats to Garrett Sparks on his first start ever in THEE NHL being a shutout :thumb:
If you look at power rankings or league standings and look waaaayyyy down at the bottom you will see the GEO. Kind of pissed but will have to wait and see, thought this might be a good year.

The Leafs have had a putrid odor far longer than the Oilers and far worse than the Oilers. The Oilers have 5 Cups in the past 35 years...the hopeless Leafs have ZERO in the last 48.

The Oilers also have a far better future. They WILL improve while the Leafs will continue to be the absolute worst franchise not just in hockey but in ALL sports.

The Leafs have also had a ton of high picks (admittedly not AS high as the Oilers in the past few years) but have usually squandered them (but hey I guess they didn't need Tyler Seguin and Dougie Hamilton anyway, right? After all they got a player in Kessel that they basically GAVE AWAY during their ha ha "rebuild" - chuckle - because the "team" could NOT win with him on it!. Good job Burke!)

When they DID manage to hold on to their picks, they squandered those also with their lousy scouting.

If any team deserves to be booted from the NHL it's the pathetic Leafs.
