The Incels are just spoiled little assholes who think they deserve everything handed to them on a silver platter.
When they don't get it they go nuts.

Calling them terrorists is flattery. Affluenza is a good term.

+1

One could argue that Jordan Peterson is an "authority figure" who is enabling or at least lending legitimate scholarly debate to the rhetoric and dogma that whips up the incels, however most of them have an inbred sense of entitlement.

How much of it is based on their education? Or the lack of education? Some parents thinks education is telling your kids what to do according to your own standart. It's not!

Education is helping your kids evolves and love to learn and ask question. To participate. To not be lazy. To let be themselves. To have many activities so they get out of their iPad and video games.

I hope I will achieve that with mine and they wont end up in such a retard group as Incel...

Cheers,

That is why the title of this thread should be changed...

Please elaborate how the Incels draw inspiration from Jordan Peterson. Have you actually listened to Jordan Peterson beyond headlines? I don't believe he makes any defense of young, aimless men nor does he give them sympathy.

Jordan Peterson is on a speaking tour in the USA and selling out venues in which he is speaking. Interestingly the news report I saw on this topic (US Network news) referred to Peterson as “Canadian intellectual/psychologist” and mentioned that his audiences typically include “disaffected and disenfranchised young males.”

EB, you might be drawing a long arc from Minassian and Elliot Rodger to the university males who support Jordan Peterson. If Minassian and Rodger were incidentally fans of Peterson that would probably be happenstance more than anything. First, Jordan Peterson offers a lot of tough love advice for young males. Actually nothing that parents haven't been telling unmotivated, underachieving young males for decades.

Peterson evokes the wrath of far left liberals due to his staunch opposition to political correctness and gender neutrality. Peterson strongly emphasizes the differences between the sexes. He also makes a very interesting point that in trying to suppress masculine behavior in boys it is possible their bodies could be producing less testosterone. There has been a significant drop in testosterone in American males (fact) in recent decades. There are studies that are trying to see if there are health, diet and environmental reasons for the drop. Nothing definitive has yet been identified in this area. Having said that, it is well-known behavioral aspects can affect hormone development (fact).

To paraphrase Jordan Peterson, no matter what some women might say they want to be with strong, confident and competent men. His choice of the word "competent" is an excellent example of how he succinctly makes his point. He basically challenges women with this statement. What heterosexual women doesn't want a competent male partner?
