I've used the calendar based method combined with the person pulling out when I was in a monogamous relationship with a man and it worked for me but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone..

A lot of guys don't know when to pull out and some guys who refuse to use condoms will just not pull out. (Which is an assault) Also a lot of factors can modify someone's cycle and even if you're super regular if the guy doesn't pull out what if one month you're not feeling well and stress, weight gain or loss, changes in diet, new medication etc messes up your cycle?
Agreed. There's a lot of possibilities regarding contraception and every situation is different.

I just think it's too bad that we load women with synthetic hormones that often mess them up, when we could technically accomplish the desired goal only with a piece of rubber–if some men were not so peculiar.

It's worth noting that the pill played a central role in the US feminist movements of the 1960s and 70s. The pill was seen as the key to reproductive freedom and sexual autonomy for women, and it remains for many an important way for women to have control of their bodies. But I get your point: too often men pressure women, including SPs, into doing things they don't want to do. No argument there.

I too, if I had been a woman back in the 60s would have loved to pop a pill instead of being kept barefoot and pregnant by my husband. Times are different now, there are more options.

Hormone free birth control for women exist, they’re not suitable for everyone though. Vasectomy exist for men that want to remain child free or that are done planting seeds.

Absolutely. It still is today. I simplified things to vividly illustrate my point.

Agree with everything above, but let's not forget those methods are not interchangeable. Men tend to forget that the pill doesn't protect from STIs: I have heard so often the excuse that I can't get pregnant from them because either they had a vasectomy or because I'm on hormonal contraception, so why use a condom? Getting pregnant is never the first thing I worry about.

Why is paid sex against the law in some countries and legal in others? Are people being harmed in paid discretionary sex?

I would love to have the freedom to be shirtless in public because I'm too warm and I'm sweating, but my breast is sexualized and not simply a part of my body so I can't. So yes, I will continue not to wear a bra even though my nipples are poking, because it happens to men too, so why would I be ashamed?
I sometimes workout in the park or go jogging shirtless. Men look, woman look - It's pretty normal and is not limited to a specific gender.

Tired of people who text, ghost when they hear the rates, but then text again months or even years later, often more than once. Like they forgot they couldn't afford the service...

Now when these types say "Hey, how much" I answer with "Too much for you, have a nice day" lol
I get your point, but maybe they just make more money now and can afford it. Especially if years have passed.

Yeah that's definitely a possibility, but some people have texted me every year for at least 5 years and never get back to me after I answer their questions. I give the benefit of the doubt to some (most) people a couple times but after a certain point, it becomes obvious that they're wasting time haha
