Yawn, same old same old story as in years gone by, Yankees get off to a slow start only to have a monster and I mean a MONSTER second half,(Texiera, Sabathia perhaps), as Hank stated that every option is on the table.:)

Anything that I say would be a repeat of what Hank is saying, http://www.nypost.com/seven/05202008/sports/yankees/hank_has_last_word_111704.htm

Hey Josey,

Many thanks for coming out under that humongous rock. I have missed you greatly, especially now that you have brought your oh so sweet sense of humor back to the board. Thanks for the laugh...bwahahahahahahaha! Hey...can you say "the Yankers are dead last" three times very fast? Bet you can...lol.

Missed you sweetie, :D

Yawn, same old story as in years gone by, Yankees suck and Joe nurses fantasies of teams all over baseball tripping over themselves to hand over talent to the Yankees. Say, wasn't Texiera on the Yankees last July? Dontrelle Willis the July before.

Monster second half? Look above Yankee Stadium, what's that flapping the the breeze. Is it a bird, is it a plane, is it a World Championship flag? No, it's vultures, you fucking moron.

I think that the Wankers are in too deep a hole to climb out of (7 after tonight). Nevertheless, tell me the next time you are leaving Never Never Land to visit Montreal. I have a second half prop for you.

I wonder if Girardi will make it to June without getting fired? Any chance that the pitching coach gets relieved of his duties instead?

Hello all,

Damn, two great pitching performances in two nights; the kid Masterson and the old master Colon. Looks like the Sox are deep in pitchers right now. We could make a trade to the pitching desperate Tankers...if they had anyone we actually wanted...lol.

Cheerio Josey,

Korbel

Oh Yeah...make that THREE terrific pitching performances in a row...Josey.

You concede the wager we have for the season, but since you do have a bit of a chance (You are only 7.5 down and who's to say that Boston's entire team doesn't catch leprosy?), I let you off with a hundred less. After you pay only $220, you get the opportunity to dump any amount up to $540 on which of our teams has the better record for the balance of the season. If you accept and win the second bet, you end up getting your money back + $320. If you lose again, maybe I'll let you watch what I do with the proceeds.

Your faith that the delicate young Chambermaid getting inserted is magically going to save the N.Y. Sissies is quite .... remarkable.

1- Yankees rotation as of July 1

-Wang(last week Joe Morgan pencilled him as the American League Cy Young winner this year),

-Pettitte(starting to get on track),

-Chamberlain(AKA, the second coming of Roger Clemens),

-Rasner(looks like another Aron Small, remember that guy?, 10-0 ERA 3.20 in 05),

-Hughes(the top rated pitching prospect last year and will start pitching like it when he comes back from his injury),

-Mussina(on track for 15 wins this year, I'll take that),

-Possible 6 man rotation,

2. The Red Sox pitching absolutley sucks, 16 runs in the last two games alone, it is thier bats that have put them in first place and they will cool off eventually.

3. Kevin Kennedy predicted the Sox to win the division.:p

So the answer to your prop is "Not fucking bloody likely".:)

Petite is an average pitcher, more than one can say for Mussina now. Do Moose get put out to pasture?.

Howard Hughes and Chambermaid are perpetual prospects whose greatest talent is that they remind people of Clemens. Perhaps they can get some advice on steriods from Rickets Roger. The Wankers couldn't manage to trade Hughes even though they made quite an effort.

Rasner has done very well for 3 games, despite a pitiful absence of pitching talent. Wang is the only one keeping his team out of last place in the entire league.

Anyway, if you come back to Earth, my offer is open until mid season.

Yankees' Undergarments

Shmo T., you should hope that Giambi leaves his golden leopard thong behind for the rest of the team after he gets released. I hear it is very much in demand now in the Wankers' clubhouse as it brings luck to the slumping.

Maybe, Alex Rodriguez will bring luck to the team by occasionally wearing men's underwear.

July ?, 2008

Joba pitches a perfect game-

Rookie superstar phenom Joba Chamberlain pitched a perfect game today, he did it with a assortment of pitches, slider, off speed and fastball, he said after the game that...................:)

Hughes reminds no one of Clemens. The only ones he reminds me of are Richard Harden and Mark Prior, fine prospects who can't seem to stay off the DL.

The hapless Yankees will be lucky to finish .500 with their dogshit pitching. Pettitte, as you say, is a league average pitcher at best. Mussina isn't even that, pounded this afternoon by the lowly Mariners.

Chambermaid will learn soon enough that you can't get by on two pitches as a starter.

Boy, do they wish now that they'd signed Bartolo Colon like the smart guys did.

The delicate Chambermaid better get his perfect game in 45 pitches as that is the maximum Giardi will let him throw in a game.

Today from the NY Post

Chamberlain entered in the sixth ... got out of a jam in the seventh before Kyle Farnsworth relieved.

Someday, I am sure he will tie a record and get 3 strikeouts in an inning.

Dice-K was taken out of yesterday's ballgame due to a 'tired shoulder' and it's not known when his next start will be. It's not the first time he's been through such a problem. This could possibly be disastrous if he's forced to go on the DL.

Hello Josey,

Wishful thinking is a lot of fun isn't it, but no more real than the Tankers winning the World Series in this century...lol. I guess it's what you Tankers fans have left to cling to this year. Blah blah...didi...blah blah blah.

Chordle,

Hey salad head(ya you rumples who else would I be referring to) look at what Ken Rosenthal is thinking, didn't a very bright Yankee fan predict this possibility way back only to be rebuffed by a delusional fool who has his hopes set on a shot pitcher(Colon, 6 wins and that's if he can stay healthy).

http://msn.foxsports.com/other/wcStory?contentId=8118850#story=8184140

Yankees rotation as of July 2

1. Wang
2. Sabathia
3. Chamberlain
4. Pettite
5. Rasner

Scary shit isn't it.

Geeeeez Josey,

"Here's an idea: C.C. Sabathia for Adam Dunn. The Indians probably wouldn't do it, not even after Fausto Carmona returns in a month to restore their surplus of starting pitching."

Ken Rosenthal

Is this the basis for the pitching lineup you cite? You really make me LAUGH! You use speculation Rosenthal says probably won't happen and insert Sabathia into the Yanker rotation as a done deal. What is "scary" is how you believe pure fantasy has anything to do with reality. Not to mention that the Red Sox beat the crap out of Sabathia...twice in last years playoffs.

Go back to sleep,

Korbel
