Dont worry about "Beaujolaise Boy" Phantom...... he gave me the same welcome when i first came to the Sports threads and look at all the times i have schooled him..... :p he's just cranky these days because as you said his Roid Sux are golfing instead of playing for the Championship

No, I meant a week or so...they can watch the Angels win on TV like the rest of us...:eek:

CC will be having 5 cheesburgers AND fries; Texiera will be counting his money in the Caribbean; Jeter will have some time to get ready for Dancing with the Stars; Damon will have time to well ... be stupid, with his new sidekick Swisher (aka dumb and dumber); ARod will have time to...well ... to be a moron (and go around sneaking up behind little leaguers screaming "Mine!" when they get a popup); Posada will be shopping for a chin (hip, hip Jorge!); Cashman will be using 14 superfast laptops to see how much cash he can spend on the free agent market (and still lose); and Girardi will still be dreaming about #27 while still wearing his jersey to bed every night and hopelessly chanting I can do it, I can do it...lol :p

Oh boy am I gonna pay for this if the Angel's don't win...:rolleyes:

Apparently, hopes are not real high in the Bronx. 18 million people in the NY Metropolitan area and, as of last night, there were 6,000 seats still available for tonight's game.
