Well K living in an area that is overgrown with confused front-runner fans from every sport (but especially Yankee fans) sometimes its fun just to see how ridiculous a discusion can become ... usually when faced with facts, statistics and reality the typical Yankee fan reaction is ... "Well, you suck..." That response is based in the total lack of real knowledge and just wanting to be on the bandwagon.
In this case Iggy kinda got there he just tried to sound a little more sophisticated...or was it confused?!

Oh, and in defense of the Yankee fans who are baseball savy, and yes there are a few...a good exchange is always fun.

About hockey now, I have not really followed it or had a favorite - until the finals - you know like most Yankee fans and baseball ... so I was thinking about trying out that approach (picking the team with the most rings, er cups) for picking a hockey team to root for...so I may just have to become a Habs fan ... lol ... just to see what its like from the other side...
Besides, that would give Iggy and I something else to banter about ... I would though reserve my comments until I were a little more knowledgeable of the sport.
