Hello Joe t.

Are you refering to a wet dream or reality...lol. Come on my friend. Does one good game after many bad ones constitute any legitimate change. NOPE!

Dream on,

Not much. My Aunt Beatrice could go 3-5 against the Tampa Bay bullpen.

Due to strange scheduling, the Sox will be playing 1/4 of their remaining schedule against TB. Yum.

3-5 would be somewhat impressive but Damon went 2-5 yesterday and only played in 1 of the 2 games AND sat his hobbled pathetic body out of todays game as well.

Another 3 hit game for Coco. Coco hit .330 in June. Now at .333 for July.

-45 hits in just two days and the Yankees are 9-3 since the all star break, enjoy
the rest of the second half of the season boys because i know that i sure will.:)

To say that the Devil Rays pitching staff got raked the last few games would be the understatement of the year. Yes, they suck, but the Yankees slapped 10 earned runs on Shields today who had actually pitched very well for TB. It was a nice batting practice but still, how many times even this year did the Rays give up 49 runs in a series or 45 runs over the course of 3 games?

My Aunt Beatrice is 87, has only one arm, is blind in both eyes. The Tampa Bay pitching staff is that bad.

The Yankees, a team only slightly above .500, has shown a great ability for pounding the living shit out of lousy pitchers and being stymied by half decent or better ones. For this reason, they'll be watching Cleveland, Detroit, Boston, and Anaheim go at each other in October.

What a fabulous turn by young Lester last night, complimented by yet another, yes another, four hit night by Coco Crisp, now up to .284. I might add, by the way, that, according to Baseball Prospectus, Coco is doing a better job in center field than either Andruw Jones orTorii Hunter did in his best year.

According to the Yankees web site, Clemens pitched seven solid innings last night against KC

Hello femaleluver2,

Yes, it seems it was quite a solid effort. I can almost envision a winning record at this point for all that money...$28,000,000.

Enjoy,

Latest scouting report on D-Mat

"Japanese rookie right-hander is 1-2 with a 7.31 ERA in his last three starts, failing to last longer than six innings in any of them.

On Thursday against Chicago, Matsuzaka walked a season-high six in five innings, allowing three runs and two hits as the Red Sox fell 4-2.

He also fared poorly in his May 30 start against Cleveland, suffering an 8-4 loss after giving up six runs and a season-high 12 hits in 5 2-3 innings."

-The way he has been pitching lately i think that rumples Aunt Beatrice would be able to get a couple of hits to go along with a couple of walks against him, tonight could get ugly.

- Prediction for tonight, Matzusaka's era soars over the 4.00 mark and Crisp comes back to earth and goes 0 for 5 while Wang pitches the lights out in KC to bring the Yankees to within 6.5, i will at the bar enjoying both games, heck i just might drive 2 hours east and order up a sp to celebrate.:)

Hey Joe. t,

SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE...you predicting everything will go wrong for the Sox and the Yankers will have a perfect game. No one could have seen that coming in a billion years...LOL! Maybe sheer luck will make you right when you have been so wrong in the past.

The odds are with you,

Hello Joe. t,

Hmmmm, tell me this. How can a pitchers ERA go higher when he doesn't give up any runs??? Well, try again tomorrow huh. But get rid of that lousy crystal ball you have been using.

Wrong again,

Where's Joe. T???

Hello all,

Has anyone seen Joe T? I checked in for my daily dose of mispredictions and there is nothing...absolutely nothing. Everyone needs something to cheer them up as well as something reliable to look forward to, and Joe does it for me. Right now I feel robbed and I miss Joe T. Where are you baby???

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,

6.5!!! Hello korbel.:p

And we haven't even hit August yet because we all know what happens in August!!!
Enjoy the ride, Joe. Another two weeks of creampuff schedule, then 8 with Detroit, 3 with Cleveland, 3 with Los Anaheim, 3 with the Sox, and out of the race.

Hello Joe,

Nice win last night against a patsy team. I was much more impressed with Beckett who was extremely tough against a very good team. Let's see how it goes when you actually have a challenge.

Play real ball,

Nice comment rumples, im glad that you are starting to see the light.:)

God did the Yanks suck tonight. Tell you what, Rumples. How about I give you $140 now and you discount the bet a bit? I've seen the light. The corpse of Johnny Damon is stinking all the way to Ottawa.
Sorry, Joe. You offered it and you're stuck with it. BTW, numerous sources are reporting that the Yanks are trying to dump the corpse on some other unsuspecting club. I wonder how much of his contract Cashburger will have to gobble.
