BTW- Not only do I hate Belicheat and the Patriots but I also hate the whole state of Massachusetts, it is the unfriendliest, rudest state that I have ever been too, the only reason that I set foot there is to visit my relatives who I can't stand, SK is the only person in the whole state that I like and I would like him a lot better if he moved to a different state.:(

I don't hate anybody, but i still think that the Jets will be no match for the mighty Tom Brady machine. The Jets just plain suck!

p.s. You really hate Massachussets? Personally, it's one of my favorite States. :thumb:

Their defense might be inept, but the Jets offense is also inept. The Pats offense is the #1 rated offense in the league. The Jets defense isn't the same without Revis. Plus, I hate Rex Ryan!

Dunno, are you drinking tonight Doc?

Not without Gronkowski, you will find out tonight.

Joe would be hilarious if he wasn't so over-the-top psychotically irrational.

The Patriots have been the winningest team in the NFL since 2001. The Patriots have one of the best organizations in sports. Belichick is one of the most respected and successful head coaches ever, and Brady is the winningest quarterback by percentage in the history of the NFL. To top it off, Boston and Massachusetts has had a Golden Age of sports, for the most part with every team of the four majors having at least one championship. Joe.t is just jealous out of his mind.

...Rex Ryan will have his boys fired up for this one, Jets take this one straight up, guaranteed.

It's now 28-0. The Jet's are getting their ass kicked currently...and Joe.t's manic hate is exposed. Oh MY F*CKING WORD! Did you ever see a touchdown like the freaky one Edelman just scored. 3 TDs in 52 seconds.

Yeah Joe, Rex has his boys looking like total fools. Way to predict there boy.

Turkey_cooking_c.jpg

You're all done Joe.t. How does it feel to be the "TURKEY" on Thanksgiving.

Patriots -9 over the suckfest. The Jets usually give the Patriots one good game and get trashed once.

Partiots 49, Jets and fat boy Ryan 19. Learn from the MASTER^ little Joe. :eyebrows:

If I was your lawyer I would strongly advise you to reverse this pick, New England is not the same without Gronkowski and it will show big time in this game, you just watch, also their defense is pathetically inept, Rex Ryan will have his boys fired up for this one, Jets take this one straight up, guaranteed.

How's that crow taste Joe? LOL.

Unfortunately not all came true Doc, Houston didn't cover the 4 point spread. Damn did the Lions get screwed in that game by the way. That TD run by the Texans where the guy was clearly down on his knee and forearm yet it counted because the inept coach of the Lions through a challenge flag when all TD's are reviewed anyway. Moron.

Apparently, in some parts of Canada, they eat crow on American Thanksgiving.

My picks:

Houston -5 over Detroit.

Washington + 3.5 over Dallas

Oakland +9 over Cincinnati. Nine points might be too much for the Bengals, even over that garbage collection called the Raiders. But I wouldn't be surprised if Oakland got their butts kicked big.

Merlot

1 out of 3 is a failure, at least that's what they taught me in school, no disrespect merlot but I think that you should seriously consider going back to your rightful place when it comes to sports-

No disrespect Joe.t, but is it your eyes, or your humiliation that left out the Patriots game. It was 50% the same as you, which is far from anything to brag about, unlike you who still thinks you won at that rate. My mistake was in giving your horrendous Raiders any credit that they might be able to stay close to a below average team. I should have stuck with my instinct: "But I wouldn't be surprised if Oakland got their butts kicked big". Beaten by the former Patriots law firm of BenJarvus Green-Ellis. LOL!

We will see how much depth the overrated pussies have this weekend against the Jets, I personally think that the Jets will cream the Pats...

If I was your lawyer I would strongly advise you to reverse this pick, New England is not the same without Gronkowski and it will show big time in this game, ... Rex Ryan will have his boys fired up for this one, Jets take this one straight up, guaranteed.

How do you like your CROW? Grilled or deep fried? ;) Congratulations to Doc who was wise enough to reject your advice and must be rolling in moo-la $$$. Iggy, no nookie for him, but he will always have your warmth in his poverty. :eyebrows:

Joe, I must say I've had a blast watching you indulge your extreme jealousy against the Patriots and get cream-pied TWICE!!! I'd advise you to put away your hate and use sense, but you won't. So get some clean towels and clothes and smile for that next great big...
stock-illustration-9158192-pie-face.jpg

You know you love it. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh GOOOEY! :D

BTW - That Houston-Detriot game was a farce. How the NFL can justify allowing a non-TD to change the game just because someone threw a flag at the wrong time (knowing or not) is an insult to the teams, the fans, and the game.

carumba,

Merlot

Jacksonville +5.5 over Buffalo.
Arizona +4.5 over the Jets.
Tennessee +7 over Houston.

My sure shot pick of the week is Miami +9.5 over that dirty, cheating organization from Massachusetts, first the coach and now the players are getting caught cheating, two in the span of three games, disgusting organization to say the least!!!!!!!.

Your line on the Patriots is wrong. If you are going to make it up try +109.5 to play it safe. Hey, why not order your crow now. :thumb:

Hello SK,

We should buy little Joe some drinks for all the laughs he provides.

Maybe we should go back and check all his lines for the last several years. The last three weeks when I checked the Vegas line it showed our favorite scruffy bad puppy has done some creative padding. So how did he do even then? OOOPS! 1 out of 4 and the 1 is a game with a line he padded. As for Merlot, if not for a last minute Dolphins field goal I would have been 4 out of 5.

With the NFL around the corner it is time for my predictions, which is something that I was red hot with last year.

New England will not make the playoffs, star tight end Rob Gronkowski's own words "We are not playing well as a unit", meaning the situation in Boston is dire, not only with the Red Sox but also with the Patriots, also look for the Patriots to sign perennial Prima Donna Terrell Owens(my prediction), the circus is about to arrive in New England, look for Tom Brady to start pointing fingers by week 3 like he always does.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...-with-pats-offense?module=HP11_headline_stack

My prediction for the AFC East-

1. NY Jets
2. Buffalo(Wild Card)
3. New England(out of the playoffs)
4. Miami

Biggest surprise - Oakland Raiders.
Biggest disappointment - New England Patriots.

MVP- Micheal Vick.

Philadelphia over New York Jets for the Super Bowl.

TIME TO REVISIT:

1. Both the Eagles and the Jets are disasters. Mark Sanchez is benched, he and Andy Reid are dead men walking.

2. Michael Vick has 9 INTs and 11 TDs with a 79.2 RAT and a failed team. So much for Mr. Excitement.

3. Oakland Raiders.....why bother. The Browns ...did they lose ...yup the lost to the lousy Browns. Unreal. Get a cordon of bulldozers and plow them right into the bay. Being as bad as they are is definitely NOT a surprise.

4. New England Patriots...just clinched the playoffs in only their 12th game of the season, setting a record for playoff berths in a stretch (10 of 12 years).

5. Tom Brady, if only INTELLIGENT people didn't expect his genius every year, he'd be a clear MVP favorite if he wasn't always so great, and he's still got one of the 2 or 3 bets shots.

6. Terrell Owens...I mean WHO???

Joe, it will take you a good month to eat all the crow you have coming.

Cheerio Bud,

Merlot

If you know how Vegas works you would know that the Vegas line is not a stagnant line, it is a line that changes on a daily basis due to the amount of money being bet on the teams involved, the line started at 9.5 and eventually moved to 7.5 because everybody and their grandmother was putting money on the Dolphins, if you knew anything about betting you would know this, also if you look at my picks I was 2 out of 4 as I nailed the Arizona vs Jets game, you truly disappoint me Merlot, I thought that you knew a little bit about football, I guess I was wrong.

Congratulations, Joe, you did just as well as a three year old flipping a coin would have done. I know jack shit about football, but I do know that if I flip a coin for four games, I'd most likely get two right. You've done no better than a coin flip for over a month now. Good work.

Sanchez

It's amazing to me that it took a 21.4 passer rating for the Jets to bench Sanchez. I don't think you can really have a lower passer rating for one game's worth of football. The Jets have a problem as they signed Sanchez to a 3 year deal and $20 million in guaranteed money in March, so he is not tradeable, not that anyone would want him anyway.

In fairness to Sanchez, his OL sucks and his WR corps is almost without question the worst in the NFL. However, McElroy did come into the game and played well with that same shitty OL and WR corps.

The Jets are pretty much stuck with him and since Tebow and McElroy do not appear to be starting NFL QBs either, The Jets have a dilemma on their hands.

It should be noted that Arizona's Ryan Lindlay, a rookie, was not much better than Sanchez, posting a 28.0 passer rating yesterday for his ignominious efforts in defeat. It might be the 1st game in NFL history in which both starting QBs failed to post passer ratings over 30.
