I'm not a huge Mark Sanchez fan, but the team did him a huge disfavor by acquiring Tim Tebow, a cult-like figure in football circles. I'm sure this put a lot of unnecessary pressure on Sanchez' shoulders & his play has regressed considerably this season.

I'm curious if Sanchez would have been pulled had Tim Tebow been available. It seems that all season long, Rex Ryan feared playing Tebow ahead of Sanchez in order to avoid a controversy, just in case Tebow would have succeeded, like he did last year in Denver.

Who is delusional? I don't know jack shit about football and you don't know jack shit about football. Which one of us is willing to admit it? What I do know is that a coin flipper could make better picks than your less than 50% rate.

Buffalo -3 over St.Louis.
Jets -2.5 over Jacksonville.
Cinncinnati -3 over Dallas.

And my sure shot pick of the week(which I nailed big time last week) is Houston +3.5 over that dirty, stinking, cheating organization that is rotten to the core(first the coach and now the players are getting caught) with that overrated QB with that big mouth ugly wife of his, I predict that Belicheat will wright a book in ten years titled “The many ways I cheated and never got caught” co written by Tom Brady and it will be a best seller, one thing is for sure and that is that you will never find the words honesty, decency and Massachusetts in the same sentence, sad.

How bout dem Cowboys!

Joe.t your(for rumples) on fire today! So far you have lost two games of the picks you gave me and are up on all the rest still going on. If this holds up you just helped pay for a fantastic night out on NYE (incl playtime with one of mtls hottest ladies beforehand) ;)

What a awesome win for America's Team, THEE Dallas Cowboys, today. They are such a different team with Demarco Murray in the backfield. Romo led the way with 4th qtr scoring drives and with the 'Boys playing with heavy hearts today, it was a perfect ending to a very sad week in Big D. The Bengals were on a roll and one of the better teams the last 4 weeks but Dallas played well on defense and well enuf on O. Next up, the Steelers come to "Jerrys Mansion" next sunday, should be a very good game and another close one. Three tough games to finish the season coming, "Win and In", lose one and probably out.

Good work, Joe. You got one right. Of course, a monkey with a dime to flip would have had a 50/50 chance of beating that by one, but for you, hey, one out of three makes for another good week for Joe's bookie.

Truth is Joe, you should be selling your pics and live in Vegas as a oddsmaker. No matter what happens in the greenbay/det game (did not bet it) i did great today based solely on your expertise, merci my brother!

You forgot:

1. Massachusetts fought for the Japanese in W W II.

2. Bill Belichick is the great great great great great great great great great grandson of Genghiz Khan.

3. Tom Brady flew one of the planes on 911.

You crack me up.

BTW - What is..."wright".

Small spelling mistake on my part, good eye Merlot, Mr. Jack Shit would be proud of you.

I made four predictions and not three rumples(I know Jack shit)forskin, and after I nail the New England pick tomorrow I will be two out of four which is a pass(again) according to Wikipedia.
50% is a failing grade. 65 is a D. (Ask iggy, he's quite familiar with that letter.) Anything below 60 is failing.

As for gambling, 2 out of 4 leaves you out the vig, so if you consider losing money to be passing, more power to you. Of course, you're still likely to be 1 out of 4 by the time the night's over.

No, no, no Rumps. Joe is right (notice spelling mr crow eater). That's if he was "educated" in the Third World countries like Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, and Pakistan his Wiki link cited. The way he writes and spells it fits.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academic_grading_in_Canada

As for Iggy, why am I not surprised Ontario passes with a 50%. In Quebec it's 60%. :thumb:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academic_grading_in_the_United_States

However, in the U.S. the minimum standard is 60%. In Massachusetts, which nearly always ranks in the top 5 of all states, it's usually 65%.

BTW Joe, are you enjoying the game so far. Patriots 21 Texans 0. Oh waiter, maybe you should warn up some more crow for the boy. Make that a double serving. BWAH!

Merlot

What language is this?, It sounds hillbilly to me.

Here is a link that I think that you will find of great interest.

Nice work, Josie boy. Giving you credit for the line, you only missed by three touchdowns and a field goal. Give my love, along with your dollars, to your bookie.

I think I'm going to give you a bit of competition, Josie boy. I'm going to start picking four games myself and see how we compare. The difference is, I'm going to pick four games at random.

Let's start with Philadelphia. I'll go against them, as well as, oh, Cincinnati. I'll pick for Detroit and New Orleans. I'll have to check to see if any of them have bye weeks or are playing each other. Hold on. Oops, Philly and Cincy play each other. Let's try again. Change Cincinnati to Seattle.

Philadelphia to lose to the line.
Seattlle ditto
Detroit to beat the line.
Same for New Orleans.

Best of luck to you, Joe.

Tom Brady OWNS Joe.t: "He's my ........ :D

Patriots 42 Texans 14. Geeeeeezusss Joe. You are getting your ever loving rear end kicked up and down at an average rate of 25 points per game in the last four by Tom Brady and the Patriots, led by Bill Genius Belichick, in the great state of Massachusetts.

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/pats-super-bowl-contenders-win-article-1.1217420

FOXBOROUGH — For nearly a week, all Jerod Mayo heard about was the brilliance of the Houston Texans. The Patriots LB tried not to listen, but it didn’t work.

“We always talk about ignoring the noise,” Mayo said. “But you hear it. You hear it when you’re walking down the street.”

The Patriots needed only about 20 minutes on the Monday Night Football stage at Gillette Stadium to make some noise of their own. What was supposed to be an epic showdown between AFC powers New England and Houston — and a possible conference title game preview — transformed into a showcase for Tom Brady and the Pats.

One week after sealing the AFC East title, the Pats (10-3) dismantled Houston, 42-14, rolling to their seventh straight win and handing Houston its first road loss.

“We came into this game with a chip on our shoulders, everyone talking about the Houston Texans,” Mayo said. “This is what we’re capable of.”

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) - Just another game for the New England Patriots. Just a wire-to-wire domination of the team with the NFL's best record.

So when their 42-14 Monday night rout of the Houston Texans was complete, there were few big smiles and no loud music in the Patriots locker room.

They've been here before - many times.

"We've played in a countless number of big games," said guard Logan Mankins, a veteran of two of the Patriots five Super Bowls in the past 11 seasons. "We know what it takes to prepare for one and not over-hype the game."

Not exactly the way some Texans viewed it coming in - "the biggest game in the history of this franchise," wide receiver Andre Johnson had said.

Houston certainly didn't play like it, falling behind 21-0 early in the second quarter on three touchdown passes by Tom Brady. It was 28-0 on his fourth scoring toss just over five minutes into the third quarter and, with a strong showing by an improving Patriots defense, the Texans had little hope of coming back.

"If we do what we want," safety Devin McCourty said, "we can't predict the score but we know we can dominate games."

Starting with Brady.

He threw four touchdown passes for the 18th time, passing Johnny Unitas and moving into fourth place all time. In the Patriots seven-game winning streak - four by a margin of at least 28 points - he's thrown for 19 touchdowns and just one interception.

New England has won 10 games in each of the last 10 seasons. The record is 16 by San Francisco (1983-98).

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yes. Just another notch in Brady's HALL OF FAME career. :thumb:

Happy delusions pal,

Sorry to burst your delusional bubble again(damn, that's a full time job for me:rolleyes:), but Yahoo isn't the only source for lines, I use lines provided by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation which I use to make my legal bets in Ontario.

Joe, you done well last week.
I'm gonna give Joe some props myself. After all, he did get one out of four right and that's almost as good as making random picks.
