Faudrait mettre un * à coté, Tampa a 6 victoires en fusillade donc 56 vraies victoires. Les fusillades c'est pour faire tripper les ti-zenfants, c'est pas du hockey.
Chacun son point de vue.....moi je trouve l'over time et les fusillades souvent spectaculaires.....le hockey a beaucoup évolué...faut vivre avec et accepter les règles du jeu....qu'elles nous plaisent ou pas.....une victoire c'est une victoire.
Moi j'adore l'overtime 3 contre 3. Je ferais une periode d'overtime pour 10 minutes. S'il n'y a pas encore de gagnant apres 10 minutes alors soit le shootout ou un point a chaque equipe.
I like the Bolts to win the Cup. Their play has been electric! They will put a charge into the playoffs.
It would be nice to see a Canadian team in the finals, Toronto has too much competition to get to the final so our only hope is Calgary or Winnipeg and since Calgary is in Alberta.... Go Flames.
It’s been a really long time since I’ve seen such a prohibitive favourite for the cup.The odds for Tampa are really, really short. Naturally a lot of sports writers and experts have picked them to win it all . They are a great team that had an outstanding regular season but I’m not so sure they will be the ones celebrating in the end . Regardless of the final outcome there front office needs to be commended for consistently building such great teams which I think is even harder to do in a small hockey market such as Florida.
I wish the Habs could have pulled it off to get to the playoffs. Without them watching playoff hockey in this city’s bars and pubs doesn’t feel the same. But it was not to be this year . As for whether it was a good year for them or not pretty much depends on what kind of expectations you had as a Canadiens fan before the season.
So with them out of it I will be rooting for the three Canadian teams remaining.
I think the west is wide open for Winnipeg and Calgary. The east has a beast in Tampa and quite a few other strong teams so it won’t be easy for Toronto. But the Leafs are the ones I’m mostly looking forward to watching . They are facing a tough Bruins team but I think they will win that series or at least I’m hoping . Really curious to see if this top heavy built Leafs team can regroup and surprise us in the postseason.

La vraie saison starts tonight.....we should have great hockey.

West...................am going with Nashville---Jets--Flames and Vegas.
Tampa Bay all the way......too bad for my Sharks BUT they played so bad with Jones in the net in the last 10-15 games.....would like to see Flames or Jets vs Lightning in the final BUT would bet on NASHVILLE.

oh well STN you are probably right.....j'ai hésité beaucoup but at the end i can't believe MATTHEWS---TAVARES--MARNER---NYLANDER AND CO. could not challenge BERGERON--MARCHAND-PASTRNAK----and Andersen will wake up......anyway should be a great one.
The hockey gods smiled upon the locals yesterday, as the NJ Devils and NY Rangers were awarded pick # 1 & 2 in the draft
