Congrats Gaby, big win for the Sharks indeed. A Boston-SJ Stanley cup final seems to be on the horizon but Carolina and St-Louis have been good. Should be fun, there have been a lot of surprises so far...

L'indiscipline--penalties ont coûté le match aux Canes....faudra corriger ca face aux Bruins sinon cette série sera courte...

After so many upsets in the beginning of the playoffs all the favourites with home ice advantage rebounded by winning their respective series. As for my Sharks. I was worried that the younger, fresher legs of those pesky Colorado players whould get the best of San Jose in a long series. But they outlasted them to reach the western finals . In the end the deciding factors proved to be home ice advantage and experience . Now they get to face the Blues winners of two straight that beat a pretty good Dallas team . Im glad that they got their captain back which is a huge boost and I’ll be rooting for them to try to go all the way this year.

I like the Bruins to win the Cup. I have to root for them to win against whoever comes out of the west based on geography. I don’t like the way the Sharks were allowed to make the Conference finals based on a terrible penalty call. Their placement in the conference finals is tainted in my eyes and they are undeserving.

Une victoire signée TUKKA RASK...wow....the best performance of these playoffs :yo:...20 saves in the first period....c'est lui qui a permis aux oursons de l'emporter.....meilleure game de cette série.

Sharks took a 2 to 1 lead in the series after beating the Blues in overtime.
Don’t really have any skin in the game other than I’ve always liked San Jose and in that way I’m a bit biased towards them. So I tried to defend them with everything that happened in the Vegas series.
But once again tonight they happened to get another call going their way and thus snatching the game . They’re playing great hockey,,the only unfortunate being that they can’t shake off these controversies.

Right.....again what a mess by the refs and the league......a circus....qui fait perdre à la ligue sa crédibilité.....évidemment cela discrédite les Sharks BUT ce sont les arbitres qui sèment la controverse. Sharks fought hard to tie the game in the third with Couture goal.....to their credit.

Plus midway through the second period Perron put the puck over the glass without touching any player..it was obviously a penalty BUT no call for delay and Perron went to score 2 goals to give St-louis a 4-3 lead....encore là l'incompétence des refs a coûté cher....incredible.

I agree who can stop the Bruins!

I use to be such a Bruins hater look at me now rooting for them ;) I guess we change as we go older. The fact that I went to Boston frequently in the past few years did change my mind regarding the team because I love the city... Like Toronto!

Cheers,

BUT i still believe in my Sharks....they played very well in second and third period yesterday.

La stratégie des Blues est claire,,,frapper tout ce qui bouge et cela porte fruit....Karlsson n'est pas l'ombre de lui-même et même Burns joue diminué.......mais cette stratégie vide et épuise aussi les Blues....go Sharks....

In such a punishing sport physically as hockey , it’s a big advantage for the Bruins to have dispatched the Canes so easily as to get a chance to rest . They started the playoffs a bit shaky ,but along the way they’ve gotten stronger with every series. The only team that really pushed them was Toronto. But every time Boston needed to win a game when their backs where against the wall, well they did it convincingly which is a sign of a great team . They deserve to be the favourites.

As for San Jose I wish them good luck down the stretch. And may they win by all means necessary.

Well tonight gaby we are gonna find out how much they got left in the tank .
I think for San Jose playing two consecutive series that went the distance did unfortunately take a toll on them .
And I’m guessing that St. Louis figured that out early on and therefore chose to play them physically to wear them down.
The sharks are an experienced, talented bunch ... but a young team , that they are not .
Hope they get a chance to force a decider on their turf .
