Thoughts On the Boycott....Just My View.

First, let's address the sit down offer. Even if every person involved went and had a wonderful cumbaya time, it would be absolutely useless in resolving the problem. Tony cannot live life without slinging poisonous crap as he has proven day after day, year after year, never caring if the member he attacks even knew he existed until that attack. Dissection Tool/Ziggy, who said anyone who comes to these boards for anything but sex is an idiot, has become obsessed with keeping records on individual members (as he has said) and doing everything possible to pursue them like a stalker for any hint of the mere appearance of dirt on them, or making up something to goad, that I doubt he can stop himself. Both are dedicated to pursuit of a board war either for their own entertainment or out of a sickness of their soul. The inherent nature of these two means this ugliness will never stop. And, the one person who could stop it, TOM, not only doesn't care, he loves using it for attention to his board. Any sit-down is totally pointless.
On the Boycott, in my estimation the percentage of board members here, including the lurkers, who most likely only care about encounters and see this battle between the boards as a none of their concern is probably the vast majority. The vast majority probably sees this whole battle as a silly endless personal feud that should be ignored except as popcorn entertainment. Most of those who do care about these issues are either dubious about a boycott as the best means to deal with the issues or don't support it. Given this, the likelihood that advertisers will withdraw from blueland is very questionable.
Best case scenario is the few respected agencies remaining pull their advertising along with the respected Independents. Would Tom stop his malcontents? Would blueland close? I doubt both strongly. There are several B&S agencies knowledgeable people here don't do business with anyway that would likely still advertise. Most importantly, Tom doesn't give a damn. If the board isn't profitable for him as claimed then it's open regardless of profits in the first place. So why would Tom close it or stop his pests then? Tom is a sleazy sicko in the first place. He hides behind multiple handles to shill for his own board, has shown no decency (if it's possible he can even imagine what decency is) regarding the slander, threats, and attempts to invade private lives, etc, etc, etc.
My biggest problem is the boycott goes after the agencies and Independents who have a conscience (B&S agencies don't care) and have given us good service, all to get at a bunch of obsessed filth junkies and their filth enabling board owner who couldn't care less about what happens to those same agencies and Independents. Whatever the responsibility is of advertisers in supporting blueland I am not comfortable with the strategy of going after these advertisers to get at the cause of the problems.
This thread has exposed and highlighted what blueland is as it worsens and worsens, but maybe this thread has done it's job? The dirt mongers in blueland were very good at killing themselves off when left alone, and I wonder if that isn't the way to keep it?
