When she open the door and she greet me with a nice smile a big hug,and she smell clean, I know it's gonna be a fun and great hour or more....

Or whatever is your intro line ?
There response in my case is almost always !Wow you are so tall !:lol:

In my case, I don't really compliment them at first because I am a shy guy. I wait until the end...But I am sure my eyes tells all.

I strictly do outcall and pretty much have standard greeting phrases after I open the door for three scenarios..
If we've never met before, I'll ask her if I'm acceptable to her and if we can proceed, which is my way of setting a tone and subtly reminding her that she has voluntarily chose to be there. However, after watching Catherine Deneuve in Belle de Jour last night, now I'm thinking for some ladies that may ruin the fun.
If I've met her once before I'll playfully ask her if she remembers me. It seems like I always get the answer yes, which makes me wonder why i would ask a question that likely gets dishonest responses. I recently got a NO though, from the witty Tiffany from Vogue. She tells me she doesn't remember me but smiles and says that she only remembers bad things. Fast forward 10 minutes later when I'm lying on top of her slobbering uncontrollably and she proudly exclaims "now i remember you", perhaps forgetting what she told me before, or not.
If it's a multiple repeat I typically just apologize for not having any clothes on.

if i see lady a few times and i know she remembers me, i will say it is nice to see them again in english or french and then do the customry quebec cheek2cheek air kiss and put the donation on tabel. depending on the lady, if she touches me during this air kiss or hugs me, i will hug her back. i then excuse myself to take shower and let her confirm with booker.
if i never seen lady, i will say hi/salut and will put donation on tabel or give it to her depending on wat she does wen she sees me with the donation ready to put it on the tabel. some ladys will ask my name so i will give it and they will give me their sp name. i then excuse myself for a shower.
