When is it time for an agency to remove a girl from their website?

There's been some discussion lately of stolen pictures appearing on websites and advertisements. While not quite as blatantly dishonest, isn't it misleading for agencies to continue to feature pictures of girls who are no longer working for them?

Certainly a girl who has moved to another agency or gone indy should be pulled down immediately. One wonders why Jen, who has been working elsewhere for months, is still on the Devilish site. (Kudos, by the way, to Chloe and Mike for pulling Lindsay almost immediately after she moved on.)

But what about girls who are apparently no longer working? What should the statute of limitations be on pulling girls from websites? Kayla, whose availability hasn't been posted on merb since February 2, is still on the Woman of Passion website. A bit less clear cut is the case of June. June started in late March, worked two days, went on vacation for two weeks, worked 3-4 days after that and hasn't been posted as available since April 24. (My slight apologies to these two agencies. I'm sure there are numerous other similar cases in other places and other "guilty" parties; these are the two of which I'm aware.)

According to me - my very humble opinion - the picture of a girl should be removed as soon as she quits an agency. Most agencies update their contet on a daily basis, so I don't see why they would be unable to remove a picture (that's a very simple operation).

Sure, agreed. But what about cases where the girl simply stops reporting "for duty," which I'm sure happens quite often. Take the case of Kayla of WOP, for example. I inquired about her a month or so ago and received a reply that she hadn't been heard from. From that date to this, she hasn't appeared on WOP's daily posting. Is it not time for her to be removed? At some point is a girl's appearance on an agency's website no more than padding?

I think the record length of time for a girl appearing on an agency's website and not being availble was "Melissa" at Platinum, also known as Jessie of Elite Montreal Models. Her pics (which were 100% accurate) were on that website for years, and she was actually available perhaps 1/100th of that time. In fairness to Peter of Platinum, she was totally unpredictable and generally unreachable, and probably never told him she had stopped working as opposed to she stopped being reachable and/or disappeared into an irresponsible world of parties, clubs and a generalized haze of drugs and booze in which punctually returning a page, email or text messages was simply not on the agenda. This lady was looks/service the best I have ever seen in Montreal or anywhere else, but she was seriously lacking of any sense of personal responsibility, not that most women in the 18-25 age bracket are generally responsible. But I would say "Melissa" was below average in reliability and that proved to be the case at each of the numerous HDH agencies she worked at. She was the kind of lady who was consistently at least 45 minutes late for appointments (which I tolerated because she was so amazingly beautiful), but the fact is most clients and most agencies are not going to tolerate that kind of unreliability from anyone.

In the situation where a lady flat out tells an agency she is not working and her pics should be taken down, they should be taken down. But I suspect that the "Melissa" type situation, where things are left unclear, and are perhaps permanently unclear because the lady works infrequently, when she feels like it and/or when she is sober and/or needs money, is not unusual. In those situations, you can give the agency a pass. Why should they take the pics down when they have not been told to do so, the lady is as incommunicado as Che Gueverra, the lady calls them out of the blue and says she will work every 3 months or so, and the pics are TREMENDOUS window dressing on the website and are actually real pics?

I kind of hoped Melissa would clean up her act and mature, but evidently that never happened or else she found a sugar daddy. I still think she is the best I have ever seen in looks/service.

Explain how it's a bait & switch. Now if they advertised her as being available and on the schedule and you booked her and someone else showed up, then I would call that a b&s, what you describe is not.

Correct, in which case you would have had to ask for something they don't have and they would have to say "yes, we'll send ____ right over" and then send someone else over. What you originally described DID NOT constitute b&s.

I would say a week or two to give time the agency to really know what she will decide and for them to update their website.
This isn't a McDonald model business.

And there is a lot of beautiful ones to choose from many good agencies so unless you're addicted or obsessed on one SP in particular, you should always have a plan B,C and D.

Specially I always end-up with my Plan DD.

If it is, then Billy at Angelish is working on his second box of Kleenex. lol Billy's still got profiles of girls who have left the business. And he doesn't give a fuck...he'll tell ya too. RETIRED my ass...that's all padding! Like somehow I care you were the last agency stop for a working girl. But I guess you gotta do what you gotta do, I hope he's successful with it.

Some new looks to the roster would get me booking there again, Billy! Where's your recruitment game?
