False information however well intentioned is dangerous
I believe that the info you are quoting is incomplete. You are probably referring to the vaccine of Tetrasil that world renoun Dr. Antelman has started clinical testing. It is 100% effective in 80% of the cases according to the research which was conducted and supervised by a leading hospital in Honduras.
The finding were sent to the NE Journal of Medicine (as documented in the trueaidscure.com web site) and the reply was that there was not enough ROOM IN THE PUBLICATION to release the story! The FDA demanded 600 -800 Million dollars to begin the process of approving the cure.
I am not a doctor but I am an intelligent, educated, critical thinker who is not easily duped. I firmly believe that what the web site is saying about all this is true. It is not the popular belief and it is hard for people to accept due to the fact that there are a lot of scammers out there. All I am saying is to question all of your beliefs, look for the proof and think about what you really know for sure and why someone may be telling you the other stuff.
