Agencies are secretive so I doubt there's anyone who would say if they knew. I imagine even asking them would result in a non answer but you can ask them if you want. Look at the ads in other cities. I never book them because they seem sketchy everywhere in Canada and the US but look at the ads in other cities too. Maybe all Canadian cities have similar ads for their "new arrivals". Sketches me out but I wish I knew more. Definitely not something I'd want to book.
