I'm not an SP and every provider is different but I like to be safe than sorry and not acknowledge it. In 2019 one Vancouver provider that never posts their face online made a lot of posts complaining about people waving and yelling "Hey [name of provider]!"
I can see how that would feel awful around friends, family, or just not wanting to have the celebrity treatment.
Yeah that's another thing. A client asked me before a dinner date last month "if we run into friends of mine, do I introduce you as Luna?". I told him we could come up with a different name if that happens..
This hasn't happened in a while, but I've had people who I never met reach out to tell me they saw me in public.. it made me very uncomfortable. Sometimes the person they saw wasn't even me...
This is slightly off topic but still about privacy and boundaries. I don't think that you should try to book a provider whose real identity you know or comment about her online.
Last summer an acquaintance of an ex of mine wrote a "review" for me lol he was talking about how kind and creative and beautiful I am, but I barely knew this guy and had last seen him maybe in 2018.. it was really odd. I've also had people who liked me on dating apps or followed my personal social media a long time ago try to book me as a provider. Please don't do that..
Being face out I'm aware certain things are inevitable but I'm not a celebrity or a public figure, I still deserve privacy
