ways to have sex while you are in your period?
Or better not to ?
Well... if he doesn't get the ick from period, same way you would when your not on, it just might be messy, in the shower works. Otherwise I hear of others useing a sponge internally to catch the redness.
There's actually nothing wrong with having sex while she is on her period unless she is dealing with cramps.

If it were legalized and regulated it wouldn't be appealing. And many more people would be forced into it against their will. The way it is now, it is designed for the provider to be in charge of themselves, if it were legalized pimps and providers forced into this work would become the norm. It is something society wants to avoid.
How would more people be doing it
Against their will and pimping become the norm? Please explain. There is currently alot of pimping now. Also where does the leave the costumer? There are plenty of places that legalized sex work.

Legalization will not make pimping worse, but it won't prevent trafficking. Decriminalization is the best solution for everyone, we don't want the government controlling the industry. In my opinion legalization wouldn't make more people do sex work against their will, but it wouldn't be a viable solution for a lot of people who choose this professional avenue anymore. I wish when people commented on stuff like that they did their research and actually looked into sex work activism, there are plenty of resources online, plenty of books, etc. It's not that hard to educate ourselves on this topic and the best people to talk about it are sex workers themselves. It would be much better if clients were not criminalized, and honestly if it was fully legalized the type of services that you receive would probably be different.

I have read diferent things online about this from different people. They are not all saying the same thing. I recently read about one women that wanted her sex business to be like any other business where she payed taxes and even talked about having a union for sex workers. Then I have read your stance. Reybania seems to think legalization will make it more dangerous. I would like to hear her explantion why?

I personally would be willing to pay a premium if it was legalized and regulated and it was safer and legal for all parties involved.

Pot is legal, not decriminalized, in Canada. Is it still possible to buy in the streets? Yes. Can you be arrested if you buy your pot somewhere else than from the SQDC? Yes. It wouldn't improve our situation besides exercising way more control over us.

Quebec along with nova scotia has the worst pot set up in the country. Most other provinces have private operations that sell pot. The system is not perfect but at least people have safer and more options. I seriously doubt pot arrests are up.

Just curious, What control do you fear exactly? Having to pay taxes? Getting a permit? Regular Health checks?

Also, people that survived off cannabis in the black markets no longer make even a quarter of what they used to and the Government takes the lions share of everything leaving everyone earning low wages you can barely survive on like most other jobs.

“Would you like a receipt for today’s banging session sir?”

We are already expected to pay taxes like other self employed people. However, most of us don’t tell our clients. We just absorb the loss. If the government gets in my panties, I’m definitely charging you a 14.975% extra on top of my advertised rate and I’m giving you a receipt.

I guess more people would prefer being paid by debit/credit cards if it’s legal and so discretion for clients becomes an issue.

I also doubt this would make the traveling internationally situation easier for sex workers.

I know a few American students living in Montreal that don’t want to buy weed from the SQDC with their American credit card because they’re scared it will cause them problems when they return back home.

TLDR: Why do you want the government in your bedroom? Are they not f***ing you enough with other taxes and laws?

IMHO the government does want to know what everyone is doing and when and with who. That's why we need to keep cash going and not always pay with debit/credit cards. I only see ladies that accept cash and I don't pay by etransfer or prepay, only for my safety.

It would be a lot easier for them if this was all legal.

No because I don’t have sex with immature people. They’re grown men that understand periods are part of life.

If it starts while we are having sex we are either stopping or we’re finishing off in the shower. Then they’re free to avoid me for a week if they don’t like the sight of blood.

I'm pro-legalization in theory, but in practice it probably wouldn't be good. Companies similar to Uber and Airbnb would get involved. Their strategy is to flood the market and offer cheaper prices than the current market. The corporation wont be making any money, but they will be forcing their competition out of business. Uber did this to taxis, Airbnb did this to hotels. Once the corporation's competition is weakened they can start to increase prices, lower wages, and turn it into just another side-gig that doesn't pay enough to live off of.

Eventually we're just going to pay one person that picks you up in an Uber, drives you to the airbnb, goes inside with you and has sex, then drives you back home.

We already pay taxes as other sex-employed workers and we already have regular health checks.

Just like with the SAQ and the SQDC, and knowing our government, we would have an STDSDQ (Société des Travailleuses(rs) du sexe du Québec) where we would have to work from and between, what, 9 to 5 maybe. I would have an employer (RIP private businesses in the sex industry — and I love my self-employment status) and no other than the government! We wouldn't work from home anymore since it had to be from selected places in the city, and if you do go on the black market, they could arrest you. If you go out with a courtesan, they could arrest you because Article 30, alinea 1.5; prostitutes can't be used in public. We, SW, wouldn't go to hotels anymore, this will become prohibited since it can't be tracked and a way to keep the regular businesses "clean of prostitution". They would take your licence on arrival, your phone number and an emergency contact.

edit: since we would prefer to keep our business private, we would have to go underground. We would still advertise online (illegally) but our ads would become even more cryptical, with so few details that it would be an even bigger hit or miss for the clients. More scammers would get in the way since no one can give enough details to be proven not a scammer. We would be resorted to going to private residences because hotels would be too dangerous, putting us in a more vulnerable position.

I understand the brothels in other countries, but it's not the best scenario either. It needs to be like any other job: most jobs aren't legal. They just "are" within the existing laws, and rights, of the country.

Are you really serious bro?!

As for anything else in life if you don't like it just don't take it, period, and move on already.
