It's not someone's choice if they have body hair or not except for grooming certain areas. Personally I'm not a huge fan of beards.
I prefer hair to a short stiff re-growth that hurts my sensitive skin. Facial hair, I like it short, or stylish.
Yes we did shower first , that’s what I was surprised. It’s was an overhead fixed shower with water spraying above our head and not one of those hand held shower head where I can spray water at her pelvic area.
I haven't really thought much about it. In my personal life less hair has often been prefered. But have found as long as he grooms it is good. A soft beard can feel really nice on the skin. Though like shaved to short hair on genitals.
Men I have dated in relationships, I have shaved their backs for them, and the beginning of summer chest shave and let it grow in for warmth in winter.
But I often cut their hair too, so became kind of an erotic whole body hair grooming.
I just don't like when the hair is coarse, it can cause rugrash on the sensitive skin on the body, and makes kissing or DATY painful. While a soft beard can add an added exciting stimulation during both. Rather enjoyed the feeling of someone with a soft beard kissing my back as well it tickles in a way that excites me.

Everyone I'm close to knows what I do for work. But I'd rather a client doesn't tell people they matched with me on tinder personally.. I've had someone say that about me because they found out somehow we had mutual friends, and it really upset me. Not because I felt insulted that this person would be matching with me on tinder lol but because it just isn't respectful and it's not a fair lie.
I guess I'm referring more to a situation of someone the client knows.

So just chill out a little and present your "date" as a long lost classmate.
As much as possible always sit in front of each other for obvious reasons and anyway, the "view" is better.
As long as you keep your hands off her body and your tongue out of her mouth all should be just fine.

If it were my boss or a co-worker, no problem. They probably wouldn't ask many questions.
Someone closer though. They know I'm not dating and haven't been on a date in years. Once they got over the shock of seeing me being a normal human being doing normal human things, they'd have questions. I wouldn't be opposed to telling most of them the truth, but IDK if that would be proper etiquette.
I'm obviously worrying about nothing though. My family doesn't live here and my few friends aren't the fancy restaurant type. Was just curious if setting up a backstory was a thing.
You also don’t owe them an explanation about how you live your life.

I think you're overthinking it honestly and it's never happened to me that I ran into someone I knew on a dinner date or other type of social date. Montreal is a big city
There a lot of beautiful women in this industry and a lot of women that wouldn’t really bring attention on you. Not because they’re ugly but because they dress soberly I guess
