For me PSE means availability of CIM, DT, and anal with no surcharge. Rough play, domination etc. are different categories and need to be negotiated separately even if the girl advertises PSE.

This is great! To me, PSE is gonna come with some extra services above and beyond GFE, but it's more the mindset and the style of the session.GFE:

PSE:

I have induged in a lot of PSE and some didnt come standard with anal, or anal was an extra. So I never assume that PSE means anal will be automatically on offer, and ask about it as well. I even had a PSE that was unspeakably kinky in some ways, but it didnt seem like COF/CIM was a possibility. Still a stellar session.
That's the issue, there is no standard, and the terms can mean different things to different people. Maybe best to specify services you provide and what your restrictions are, rather than generalize with GFE/PSE, as that can lead to varying expectations from client to client.
i agree! that's why i think sometimes these terms can be a bit misleading. i do think that for a lot of clients, gfe involves a certain level of emotional intimacy and a ''softer'' vibe.

I have accepted usd about 3 times in 2 years. And was because they didn't mention they only had usd, or I would have asked them to make the exchange. And only accepted it because they didn't ask for a conversion rate on the dollar. Any time they did the math for conversion, and ask to pay the direct exchange amount, I refuse to see them.
It is inconvenient for me to need to make the exchange, that inconvenience is charged to the client for not wanting to be inconvenienced himself.
I am generally looking for some level of emotional connection and intimacy. If I won the lotto I'd definitely book SP's to hang out with (not sex) because I feel like most SP's I've met were more intelligent and insightful than therapists lol But I don't think I could tolerate being around another human being I'm not like in love with for more than a day or two

Well the first obvious thing is that they didn’t sleep with anyone else.
Even with SP they are very different.
One is an elegant sensual fashionista who looks like someone out of a fashion magazine always, everything natural no tattoos, piercings enhancements. Very independent, ambitious, smart, always had a nice stable civi career.
The other is more like a wild rock star, tattoos piercings, artistic, lives for the moment.
Where they are very similar is that they are both kind, thoughtful, and total sweethearts and a pleasure to be with.
Women I used to date were gorgeous, very family oriented, the kind that you would be happy to settle down with and spend a lifetime with sex was not really my priority when I was dating, if it happened great but I was never the pushy type, never really needed to be.
