Probably yes to all of this. If you're watching a bunch of porn in between sessions, taking ED meds, and overthinking about not cumming, you've got more than a few reasons why you likely won't. Relax, lay off the constant stimulation, and see if you can go without the meds (or take half your normal dose).

They just want to "bump" the thread to the top, to catch the attention of those who might have an answer but probably never saw the thread before. They say bump" because it's too long to form a full sentence, or because they just don't want to repeat the exact same question from the OP (original poster).

Everyone in my life knows what I do, so no one can hold this over my head.
Everyone I know, knows what I do. I'm to open and honest to try hiding it from people. Even my boss and co-workers at my civi job know. Who's left to tell.
I would be too stressed out if I were trying to hide it.
It problably be. I decided when I started this that my people should know, and most people I meet when I feel the situation allows it. I couldn't do any different!
But I still have to hide it from time to time, I am not open to my bank, for instance. That is heavy enough so lying to everyone, all the time? I just can't imagine.
My family and friends know what I do. What makes me more nervous is clients recognizing me elsewhere. When I first started I would receive intimidating emails by guys who said they saw me in certain places. It was really creepy. Also someone who tried to match with me on a dating app years ago had tried to book me around that time. It's really uncomfortable. I think the scariest thing that happened in that regard was when a friend's abusive ex boyfriend tried to book me, hiding his identity. For some reason, that type of thing hasn't happened in a long time.
People at your job don't know what you're doing for a living?
If I tried to have a civilian job in many fields, I would not pass the background check or I would get fired very fast. I made a decision to be face out a long time ago, I regret it sometimes, but I won't go back. Your face isn't somewhere on the internet as a client, and I've never heard of someone getting fired for hiring sex workers in Montreal. Some clients told me they gossiped about who they saw with their coworkers, or ''I was recommended by a colleague''.
Sure I'm lucky that I wasn't disowned by my family and friends for what I do, but it did affect how they perceive me, and it does affect how new people I meet look at me. They think I am not the same person as before, even if I am.. and new people only see this about me. A lot of people judge, and say hurtful things at times or sexualize me without my consent. I assume that choice but it can be disheartening sometimes.
The advantage is that I am not living a lie, and I can advocate for myself.

Yeah people often notice slackers and wonder what they do when they are supposed to be working lol.
