Supposedly there are these machines that burn or melt away fat specifically for stubborn fat areas that are a little difficult to get ride of despite decent diet and exercise....I'm talking about Body sculpting.

It almost sounds to good to be true but supposedly it works. I was once talking to some SP about it....she said she had good results with it.

Sort of curious if anyone tried and what type of results they had with this and if it was long lasting

Or ….. have the discipline and hit the gym and eat right.
I like training but I wasn’t much into traditional gym (mostly weight lifting). I had a crossfit tryout and I litterally became an addict. A daily one hour session with a small group, a trainer and loud music. Each session there is a different workout.

A t work, did cut my lunches in half because I was eating all leftovers from dinners. I lost 20 pounds first 6 months and I’m not overweight (I was about to…).

Now, more than 2 years after beginning training, I regain 10 pounds but at right places. Body transformation is so fascinating. What I like is that I got more an athlete shape, not a bodybuilder type one.

Of course, first 6 months were tough. Sometimes I thought I was about to die… but I survived. :)
Never been in such good health in my life.

Same I also aim for a lean athletic body. For me I enjoy doing HIIT and calesthenic workouts with a consistent yoga practice thrown in. Plus I eat only twice a day and no snacking.

Big plus of gym vs pills is that you can do on top anal drilling squats like a porn pro without getting tired.:p

You guys in Montreal are lucky. Aside from SPs, you guys have world class gyms here. It's half the reason I come to Montreal, SP and the great climbing and mma gyms here. Good climbing/mma gym in my city are $200-$300/month. They're $50-$80 here! No excuse to be fat in Montreal!
If we’re just talking about SP, I doubt being fat or fit will impact your mileage much, if at all.
Source: I’ve been fit, fat, and now semi-fit.

I always wanted to try an MMA Gym. I’d like to learn BJJ.
