I believe that ''size does not matter" when it comes most women.
For most women it's the whole package (no pun intended) that matters
- caring attitutde
- reasonable looking
- etc
- ability to make her reach an orgasm is very very nice bonus.
If he can make her reach an orgasm with "traditional" intercouse that's even better. In that case if the guy has a "reasonable" sized penis it increases the odds that he can do that.
In btyger's quote the Samantha character is not your average women. She is very sexual so sex is probably the most important aspect of the relationship. There's irony when she finally falls in love with a less than "perfect" lover and it probably forced her to ask some difficult questions about what is really important. She's definetly not the average women.
And she's a TV character.
