I'm trying to read between the lines and I'm hoping that all this prep is based on something the government knows and that the general population doesn't. I'm guessing/hoping we are closer to a vaccine than we think. The governor is actually criticizing the distribution of a vaccine before we even have a vaccine. Such nonsense.

Just finished watching NY governor Cuomo's press conference on Covid. Before I watched it I thought I had a pretty good understanding of what's going on in my state. But now I'm completely lost with red zones, yellow zones, clusters, etc. Anybody else confused in the northeast/Quebec? Lot's of mixed info to be digested up here.
