.i believe i start to stock up on canned good
s water got some toilet paper
and if all is good not a big deal
but if like in italy all stores empty no food at least i will be somewhat prepared
i feel sorry for escorts and massage woman who normally make big money if customers stop to go

TV5 showed some great data this week. Not a signle death reported aged below 10, average age of patient who dies from Covid-19 is 80. Something to consider.... its a seriou issues for society but for most of us here, not a huge concern individually really.

I have also no idea why people are obsessed with the toilet paper. My instinctive reaction was dashing to the liquor store. One bottle of bourbon, one bottle of brandy and one of vodka. I am planning one more trip to get several bottles of a nice wine and some frozen/canned food and will consider myself prepared.

So what would you, or anyone else, suggest here.

A weeks notice for everyone to get food and prescription medicine, books, DVDs, etc., and to get ready, then everyone confined to their house, apartment, dorm, hospital, or prison cell for 30 days.

That would be a good start , but 2 weeks of isolation would be all the time needed for the virus to pass. Also seal the border with no flights in or out. Test all essential care givers , first responders and emergency staff before they develop symptoms and infect others.

If the Cloudsurf Protocol is implemented, I have supplies on hand to survive 2 weeks. I have enough toilet paper. I have some extra refills on meds. Half and Half would run out in about a week, but I have enough Coffee to last 2 weeks and the 2nd week could drink it black. I have enough frozen and canned food to stretch it out for 2 weeks. I also have 2 cases of bottled water. If the Cloudsurf Protocol was implemented right now I would not need to buy anything.

The effective strategy would be just the opposite, as was mentioned in some post previously. It is more rational to isolate and protect only seniors say 50 and older and get the virus ride free in the remaining population of young people where the danger of complications is not higher than as for the ordinary flue. The virus will die fast when even the short-time immunity is developed by majority of young people. It is counterproductive to close schools and universities as with this you take young people out of the virus circulation thus potentially reserving large population that can hold and transmit the virus asymptomatically.
