The geniuses that are claiming that this only kills old people and therefore we shouldn't make sacrifices don't realize that their naivety (let's call it that) is contributing to making a more infectious, more lethal virus.

It's funny to hear Legault, deflect attention to Ottawa and not doing anything about Quebec's very unique dismal record.

Ontario has half the deaths on a per capita basis. The reason the number of cases in Ontario is higher than Quebec is they are doing 5 times (yes, 5x) more tests. On a per capita basis, they still have less cases than Quebec

Legault is imposing lockdowns, but the number of tests done in Quebec is down a third what it was in September. I guess that's one way to get the numbers down.
