It is a tough call for all governments when to open borders.I wouldn’t bully anyone either, but they shouldn’t be able to hold the world hostage.
It was a mistake for politicians to set thresholds like 70 percent vaccinated to open things like borders.
It should have been an Or test. 70 percent vaccinated or One Month After The Vaccine is Available to Virtually Everyone.
An equally interesting question is whether government and insurance subsidies should be equally available to the unvaccinated and the vaccinated if they catch Covid.
I am sure they are getting tremendous amount of pressure from all kind of lobby groups to do it.
Like most I can’t wait for the borders to open so that I can visit family and friends and go on vacations.
I doubt that insurance subsidies and claims will be paid by insurance companies for people who have not been vaccinated and I am not sure if they should. Insurance companies are there to make a profit and unless governments force this on them for sure they will not pay out to non vaccinated people if they get covid.
