With all due respect it isn't Chapter 1 & it won't be, as I find it more important to expose all those fellow hobbyists who choose to lie to one another.
The actions of which your thread speaks of in relation to the males in this industry is more the norm than most want to admit or be exposed. This deplorable action also occurs in the strip club business too.
It may be more interesting to name which male(s) in the industry don't actually partake, or ooops, such a thread would be too short as the list would be in single digits.

I believe that because I am a woman owner the girls tend to feel much more comfortable and at ease. They know that I will understand their girl issues (cramps, moodswings, bad hairday, a pimple, and all those wonderful pleasant things) better than a male employer would.

We are talking about both. Even if it is 'consensual' sex, you don't think it is perverse for an owner to be sleeping with an SP and promoting her to clients? Then once he gets sick of her, he dumps her and gets it on with his next "star".
If an owner developed true feelings for an SP, he would tell her to quit while they're dating. The same goes for clients. This is the only decent thing to do. Why aren't owners upfront about who they are currently sleeping with among their ladies? Not exactly good for business is it?

I appreciate your feedback but I am sure that abuse is more one sided and ladies that abuse owners are very rare. Besides, if they do, you can always fire them, which I am sure you've done.
Any other male agency owners care to share their views? Don't be shy.

It doesn't really bother me if an owner is having relations with one of the employees so long as he/she is compensating them their regular rate, minus the agency fee of course

An owner shouldn't be sleeping with his SPs regardless of whether or not it is consensual. Imagine an SP that 'willingly' sleeps with an owner to abuse her priviledges. When the good clients call, the owner gives her first dibs and leaves the scraps for the SPs that he doesn't really care about.(ie. they aren't blowing him as often).
Subtle coercion is coercion...don't kid yourselves about this. Moreover, preferential treatment based on sexual favors is wrong.

They are a lot tougher and smarter than you think. If they're sleeping with the owners, it's not always because of their low self-esteem.
