At one point I wasn't using burner when I started. Are they going to come after the clients now if needed seemingly they can easily track who's who.
People need to stop worrying about that.

They don't even know if the number has the same owner from 10 years ago.

LE, legal procedure will press charges for a "purpose". Closing an agency because of minors is a lesson.
Chasing a client? We must stop thinking we are important here.

Even if they press charges against a client, it will be extremely difficult to defend a case of "meeting a girl".

In the extreme case they want to target a specific client, and you are that important to their eyes, they will find a way to get you anyway even with all the precautions you took.

Squeeze you for what? Whether the owners of XO were operating an escort agency?

Well, the owners still have their website up shouting that’s exactly what they do, they’re in the escort services business.

Nobody gives a rats ass about the clients, and it’s quite likely XO is out of the Montreal escort news next week. In the US these types of stories can be reported on monthly.

A bust in Massachusetts is one of the only times I’ve seen clients names released, and one look at the government of Boston and across the state tells you all you need to know.
That is what I think as well.
I'm just refering to Hypotetics
Let's say i'm a high profile criminal but also like to indulge in seing escorts.
Yes they could use it to squeeze me, if it's all they can get.
Like we said yesterday.
Most of the stuff that got thrown at Diddy didn't stick. (Probably the baby oil...)
In the end, it was an old law from 1910 that stuck and got him.

But like you said, I dont think it's their purposes to go after clients.

Yes, that is also what I think. It is way too much trouble for LE to look at every single client. Also, in order to actually punish someone, they have to get somebody's testimony. One of the reasons why I think this will blow over very soon is that a lot of the girls who worked for XO (some of which are people I know) are still in the sex industry and are afraid of getting involved.

I think if they do get some clients, it's because it's been said that they did something abusive to the girls. But even then.. I highly doubt that will happen.

Agree. LeDodo just said what I was thinking. If you’re the mark in this investigation, if you’re the guy they want, they’ll come and get you, burner phone or no burner phone. Chances are you had been under surveillance for weeks.

I would go as far as to say if a regular Joe calls up police to turn himself in for being an XO client, the police will laugh and hang up on him and tell him to call back only when he has an emergency. They don’t give a shit.

If you look at criminal prosecution cases for any criminal cases against clients, the number of people prosecuted is very low year to year, and in almost every case, some level of human trafficking, or abuse to the sex worker is involved. Arrests for the purchase for consideration is low on most LE’s radar for enforcement unless minors are involved or some form of human trafficking is involved.

The pizza place I used to order from, had my adress, and what I ordered last time I called, as soon as I gave them my phone number.
I hate myself for saying this: Data is Knowledge and Knowledge is power.
I was not refering to the agencies, practices but to law enforcement.
I don't know what agencies keep or don't.
What they should and shouldn't
It's a double edge sword.
The more you keep, the more you know.
But when poops hits the fan, the more the guy doing the perquisition gets to know as well...
The agencies are definitely not deleting text messages and numbers on the regular. I don't indulge in this activity often so months later when I text sometimes I get responses like "been a long time". So I'm looking at you @Euphoria Girls, @SOCIA MTL and @XXXClusive Agency here. Clean up your shit. Just keep the blacklists
