Paypal....doesnt work anymore???

I am trying for three days now to pay item like i always do ..And i am not able anymore....i did send email to them today cause i am fed up and dont understand...Btw i have money lolll...
Do some of you have the same problem...It never happen to me in years i use paypal....
That is what is always keep saying...everytime i click to pay...

I had issues before Christmas time trying to purchase something on the Perry Ellis site. Couldn't do so for three days. Then after Christmas no problems.

Been using Paypal on Steam and elsewhere, and it works perfectly fine for me. Not sure if they had issues but at least since xmas it's been fine.

Yes this is what they said...and finally this morning just before i came here...work and i was able to pay :rockon:..so all is good and they told me is fix now...
