Hello CS,
When temperatures are higher opinions are too. It probably doesn't matter if it's one writes right after a meeting or later when recalling as one writes. The thermometer will rise and so will the opinion. But, even the distortions, negative or positive, have some sort of relative scale that is helpful.

I totally agree. Hormones do weird things to people. However, this is not meant as critical. The question can serve as a guide in the following ways:
1) Reviewers can see how other's may view their opinions.
2) Lurkers can give their opinions to the Reviewers
3) May cause both to adjust their thinking......
Personally, I consider myself very conservative when rating looks. For a girl to be scaled at an 8 or 9 to me she really has to be something incredible. The majority of gals I meet are in the 5 - 6.95 range, which in reality isn't a bad thing at all but it's just one persons opinion. I'm trying to think of an example of an 8+ that I have met in Montreal and will get back when I do.
I'm in total agreement on the mid-range. On a 1-10 scale, anything above a 5 is over average. I've met any number of 8s and maybe a couple of 9s in my days here. There are, however, far too many reviewers whose scale begins at 8.
According to the common saying « Beauty is in the eye of the beholder ». In our case we should say « Beauty is on the glans of the punter ».
I remember that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry and Elaine were talking about beauty (in the case of Elaine it was related to the people who were sponge-worthy): according to Jerry something like 10% of the people were good looking. I totally agree with that!!!!!
I believe that our fellow hobbyists (I include myself among them) tend sometimes to exagerate their rating. 10 and 9 are very uncommon. There are few in the range 7-8. Most of them are 6-7. Below that mark they are SW.....
As I once wrote in a former post (which was related to beauty) I said that sometimes I am more sexually stimulated with a woman that is different from the canon of beauty. My best example is the porn actress Havana Ginger or even Nikita Denise. They are not what I can call beautiful women but I would like to bang them because they look like bitches...

That reminds me that there is a thread going on for a long time in a Brazilian forum. The topic of that thread is « Com quem você gostaria transar? » (With whom would you like to have sex?). A couple of year ago I said that the real question whas not that one but : « Quem gostaria transar com você?» (Who would like to have sex with you?)

Interesting poll. Well worded question and good subject. I think as humans we all tend to put out "slant" on things when we convey as story. Much more I could add...but I am in a rush today. Results are interesting so far...
One curious question for everyone...its easy to see how this applies to positive reviews...but what about the negative ones? Do you guys feel they are somewhat exaggerated also?

As we have seen, negative reviews are too often written by guys who are pissed off about the service. So how would you rate looks when pissed off? Not fairly in most cases.
Sometimes people take a "full figured" reference as something uncomplimentary. Samantha is a curvaceous fantasy woman like you would find on Brazzers.com like Ava Lauren for a relative example. The story about how she stopped traffic and mesmerized the drivers as she passed after the GT last year says it all. As for her looks, she's very beautiful in a glamorous cover girl way.
It would be interesting for members here to post links to women they consider a "10". Then we could get some sort of individual reference point.

For those that like full figured ladies Samy is a great choice, certainly way up there in the montreal sp scene, i don't think to many people are going to be disappointed when they open the door

Sammy really cannot be described by conventional means or standards. It's not that she's attractive or not, but more like alchemy. A strange and wonderful combination. One of the most facinating individuals I've ever met
JMan, thanks for the appreciation of the question wording. Making it as neutral as possible seems to be a good way of not causing arguments and encouraging mature discussion. The posts so far seem to be helping in a consensus of a general benchmark, making the reviews more valuable.

Just to add another 2 cents...I have always thought when reading reviews that you have to take caution and "filter", if you will, the fluff and personal commentary. As clients we also need to maintain an intelligent approach in that with everyone chemistry and connection between 2 people ALWAYS lends itself to YMMV. Regardless, yes there is always some useful info.
