i have to disagree with you there TNB...you're implying that those who tip more get more dfk? Or who are willing to pay for that specific service get it more?

My experience has been that there is no common denominator who provides that service and who does not. I have seen providers who had a reputation for giving it only to not receive for me; and the opposite, I have seen providers known to have that restriction provide it abundantly (that is always fun )

If you only visit the agencies you are probably right in that very few will initiate DFK. I know one exception who is still at euphoria. Beyond my own experience, I think if you looked at all the reviews of everyone working it would back up your statement. I don't see SPs who do not kiss. Indies usually require bookings to be at least a day in advance, especially for new clients. Even my regulars stipulate 5 - 6 hours advance notice. This is enough time to freshen up.
