I've personally never met any particular smart girl doing this because if they were they would be doing something different. That's the best alternative they've found so far in terms of lifestyle and moneywise. .

With all due respect I beg to differ.
There are all types of women doing escorting for all kinds of reasons....and yes some are very smart.
May surprise a few of you but some even do it for fun and adventure. Some want to make more money than their rich fathers.
Some do it for power .....imagine a judge , politician or police captain on their knees and begging for her pussy.
Some escorts earn masters degrees and become bosses , or doctors or lawyers. Some just love the freedom it gives them.
How many of you guys can decide to take off for a month and travel ? Many bright escorts do exactly that.
Yes a lot of escorts are in a tough situation and do what they do because they have no other viable choice.....but some find it empowering.

In my experience, the only johns that escorts term "losers" are either drunk/high, unclean (smell bad), overly aggressive (physical), or do purposely something that was told as a limit (such as CIM).
