Trump clearly told in a very recent rally that in Minnesota and at least an other state that it is legal (and DONE) to kill newborns as an alternative to medical abortion I suppose, another of his more than 100 000 lies !
I don't know what is partial abortion but he didn't tell these words.
He told kill after birth.
Here is an example of a convicted doctor who was performing even worse abortions

Not sure he would be convicted today (it would be an inconvenient case for democrats).

Ps: horror edge case does not make all abortions bad but not being able to denounce edge cases is a terrible look for a side.

Pps: am so tired of abortion being the top wedge election issue. We should all accept that Trump will not ban it nationally (he did not in his first term and has said he won’t as recently as this week) and Kamala won’t legalize it nationally (obama and biden did not - it is such a great issue to fund raise and such a difficult one to actually act on).

Leaving it out to the states seems like a good compromise. Don’t think we need a civil war between states on this.

Health issues are typically left up to the States to regulate. During Covid pandemic this was the case as well. I had to abide by our Governor's Executive Orders. When our courts were shut down, it was by order of the Governor.

Abortion shouldn't be any different. The Federal government absolutely should not be involved in the issue at all. There is no legal basis for it. The U.S. Supreme Court is an umpire on state laws running afoul of the federal constitution, but that doesn't mean that the States cannot still regulate as they see fit within the federal constitution.

...and what about TROMP'S SOMERSAULTS ON ABORTION.....no credibility at all....will pay high price for his inconsistent positions on this specific issue that matters.....

Talk about flip-floping. She is do8ng this just for votes.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign launched just over a month ago. In the short time she’s been running, she’s made an effort to differentiate herself from the policies of President Joe Biden while also reconstructing her past, which was marked by progressive politicking.

Harris’ speech at the Democratic National Convention focused on capturing the attention of the American center. ABC News’ chief Washington correspondent Jonathan Karl said Friday that Trump loyalists often refer to Harris “as a San Francisco liberal, as a radical. They call her comrade Kamala.”

“If you take out the section on abortion rights, much of this speech could have been delivered at a Republican convention, a Republican convention before Trump,” Karl added.

As Harris attempts to move away from her past policies, in the hopes of attracting moderate and independent voters, conservatives have tried to give her the nickname “Kamala Chameleon.” Earlier this month, MAGA INC., a Trump campaign super PAC, released a website with that name, featuring various policies Harris previously favored and her recently changed position, like backtracking on “Bidenomics” as an economic solution or defunding the police.

“It’s a lot of mind-changing for the public to absorb without further explanation,” The Washington Post wrote in an opinion piece. “Without hearing Ms. Harris articulate her thought process, she runs the risk of leaving voters to wonder whether she is just shifting with the political winds, or, indeed, planning to revert to previous positions after she’s won the presidency.”

Just curious as to why Democrats are against having to show citizenship and or ID for federal voting. They seem to be outraged by this, weird.

By law only citizens can vote in the federal elections. Historically, however, it has not been enforced in most states because most Americans do not have passports or notary certified birth certificates. There is however a simple solution to this problem: mandatory oral declaration of the citizenship with five years of imprisonment penalty for the false statement. Democrats are vehemently opposing this too. It is obvious why.

Because the Dems expect the illegals invading to vote for them. Lol!
Illegal immigrants are not voting in American elections. The very last thing they want to do is to call attention to themselves by registering to vote and then voting. Illegals voting for Dems is just another right-wing lie.

A certain number of illegal aliens are necessary to staff the landscaping and restaurant industries in my State and perform jobs Americans don't want to perform. The trick is keeping the flow of illegal aliens into the country at a small trickle rather than a deluge. Even my Trump loving relative, who employed them before retiring, understands this.

I do not remember who said it that a little bit of mafia is good for the society as it lubricates its functioning. The same is with illegal immigration. Though the society needs to pressure both constantly to keep them in check.

The focus on the campaign now turns to the 3 "Blue Wall" states: Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. The Blue Wall could very well be where this election is won.
I only have personal ties to one of these states: Pennsylvania, which is where I was born, although my father told me years ago we have some distant cousins who live in Detroit, Michigan. Pennsylvania is also the State where the USA was born- the Declaration of Independence was signed in Philadelphia, as was the U.S. Constitution 11 years later. Pennsylvania is also the State where the bloodiest wartime battle in USA history was fought (Gettysburg in 1863). It's also the State where the assassination attempt was made on Trump a few months ago. So it's got some very important history for me personally and for the country. Most importantly, it's got 19 electoral votes that are up for grabs.

Michigan has 15 votes, and Wisconsin 10 votes. That's 44 votes between these 3 states that are up for grabs.

This is against Harris visited the cemetery of the 13 sla8n soldiers third anniversary
Note: They invited Trump.

Jaclyn Schmitz, the mother of Lance Cpl. Jared Schmitz, addressed Harris in her video, saying: "Our kids were murdered because of your administration, and you are partly to blame for that as well."

Jim McCollum, father of US Marine Lance Cpl. Rylee J McCollum, also blasted the VP.

Jim McCollum, Father of Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum, was one of eight parents to criticize the sitting VP.X

He said: "Your recent remarks related to Trump's recent visit to Arlington are filled with nothing but lies and deceit."

Continuing, he added: "How do you sleep at night knowing… you are responsible for the death of our 13 kids?"

Eight of the 13 parents provided videos blasting the Democratic presidential nominee.

In a group statement posted by Trump, the parents said they were "appalled" by Harris' "attempts to politicize" Trump's visit to the cemetery.

"President Trump was invited by us, the Gold Star families, to attend the solemn ceremonies commemorating the three-year anniversary of our children's deaths. He was there to honor their sacrifice, yet Vice President Kamala Harris has disgracefully twisted this sacred moment into a political policy."

Their videos are in direct response to Harris ridiculing Trump for making what she called a "political stunt" at a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.

The 45th president — who is going head to head with Harris in the November election — allegedly "disrespected sacred ground" by filming a video of him at the event.

The new VP's brother gives warning, add that to the ideals of Harris and it does not look good. Guessing the budget will be a blowout next term with ultra high spending for the environment, attempting 15 min cities and messing with the police force. All points Harris is in favor of.

Jeff Walz revealed he "100% opposed to all his ideology" in a series of Facebook comments this week, targeting his brother's far-left Democratic platform.

When a commenter urged him to "get on stage" and endorse former President Donald Trump, he replied: "I've thought long and hard about doing something like that! I'm torn between that and just keeping my family out of it."

"The stories I could tell", he added. "Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future."

But why are the Dems against it? One would think the hillbillies who vote for Trump would not have ID but the superior educated Harris voters would have all the ID needed, this should be a plus for the Dems. They are scared of something.

There's very few families in the USA who aren't divided politically. Who cares that Tim Walz's estranged republican brother isn't supporting him? Trump's nephew and niece aren't supporting trump.

What are you talking about? 35 states require ID to cast a vote. Of the 15 states who don't (all blue states) most, if not all, require ID to register to vote.

Voter ID requirements are actually a solution in search of a problem since voter fraud is so rare. Those requirements can actually promote voter suppression that can disenfranchise minority voters. Strict voter identification laws are part of restrictive voting measures designed to maintain the power structures of those in charge in red states. Instead we should be finding ways to encourage voting and increase access for eligible voters, not restrict it.
