What to test for?

As a hobbyist I practice unprotected oral sex (both ways).
Out of caution I get tested once in a while.
I have no symptoms of any kind.
What should I test for?
Last time I went they took throat swabs as well as urine sample for gonorrhoea, chlamydia and maybe hiv and siphilis. ( dont remember if they took blood).
This time around I asked for basic test (gon/ chla) , was only throat swab, but nurse suggested I take a urethra swab?! I wasn’t “ emotionally” ready so I declined.
I know that technically you can catch anything and everything: but what is reasonable to check for, considering I have no symptoms?
Some extra info:
-I meet maybe 1-2 women a month.
-i went to lilium because prelib had 2 week wait time.
-as discussed in other threat I did not give them my ramq but was still pretty uncomfortable as they still insisted on an ID… which was different than the name I gave them!
Thanks

Symptoms are irrelevant to your question because you can be asymptomatic. The only time you'd typically wait for symptoms to test is for genital herpes.

I don't know where you get tested but urethra swab is not necessary. At prelib and most places I've been to they do blood samples, vaginal/anal swab, and make you pee in a cup. I'm pretty sure the peeing in a cup replaces the urethra swab but I could be wrong

Your concerns are valid, but this is best discussed with a healthcare professional, not on merb. For a private sexual health clinic I recommend Elna Clinique A on McGill street. Urine test has replaced urethra swab in most instances I believe, yes (including at the clinic I just mentioned).
