Big pharma doesn't make money with people dying... they make money with people living many years, taking medication for diabetes, high blood pressure etc. as long as possible.

And what will be the death rate of those other Scandinavian countries that sheltered in place? The lock down was to give us time so we wouldn't overwhelm the system. Maybe it will give time to develop treatments and a vaccine...however, the ventilator is a bit of a red herring because 90% that go on them die. It could be that the other countries wind up with the same death rate. The Swedes just built up their herd immunity faster and will do less damage to their economy. Also, how many people have undiagnosed cancers for example but they cannot get in for screening because of the lock down?

Right now it seems the government does not care about the economy. It looks like their main goal is to establish a police state. They want control of everyone. I am sure the WHO is funded by the Chinese Communist Party. At first WHO did not say to ground all flights but once the virus got introduced to other countries they declared it a pandemic.
How? I keep hearing about this, but really other than locations where people are gathering, I've actually seen less police than usual. Useless gathering is what has been an issue all along in Montreal.
Yes they are a minority funder and there are plenty of other countries that actually contribute more than China.
The moment an epidemic crosses to other countries is what defines it as a pandemic.

I think the description of each phase, is a no-brainer, not sure what minds you want to change?
What I want to know (and prolly the rest of the world), is the timeline attached to each of the phases. Because that phase 4.... happened around end of December and China&WHO swept it under the rug, hoping they can contain it. But that's just my 0.02 tho
I don't believe the police need to be seen for a police state to exist. Seeing less police makes sense because there are considerably less people out and about to do police work. I took Cloud 500's post to mean that the government is more concerned about having you stay at home were you can be easily controlled instead of allowing you to go to work and earn a living for your family.
