A few questions for SP's on reviews and client management (I apologize if this has been asked before; I tried searching but couldn't find a recent discussion on these topics):
- Do you read reviews written about you? If so, are you generally able to tell who the client was from the details in the review?
- Do you keep your own records of past clients? If so, what kind of information do you track (e.g., punctuality, communication, hygiene, etc.)?
