Even a start up at home has rules and regulations they need to follow. Comparing an online job where you have no direct contact with clients to one where you're directly in contact with them is way off.
I said, they just "are" within the existing laws, and rights, of the country.

Should I repeat it again?

Really, can't wait to have this job legalized and controlled by the government and all the men in this country. I will be out in no time.

And no, there are a lot of jobs where people are self-employed, work from home and still have direct contact with clients, such as meeting with them in person.

Your wife doesn't have access to your health records.
Besides it is a reason why condoms and safe precautions are involved.
Not just that, but how would you like it if you had to provide your testing information to every provider you see, as we need to make sure we aren't going to catch anything from you.
I would be fine with it. I thinks it's personally reasonable for them ask. Specially for those that do bbbj.

Yes escorting too should be legal within thr existing laws of this country.

Who says men have to run it or over see it? Where would you leave too?

A test doesn't mean you won't get an infection. It only takes one intercourse after the said test to be infected. I will not have one client every three months along with a monthly test just to make sure I am not carrying something at the moment. The risk is inherent to the business, and you choose to play or not.

Nevada brothel workers get tested with much more frequency than that. They have been rather successful keeping std's out.

That's not at all what I'm talking about. I'm talking about verifying for certain that a client has no STI. The reason why I said 3 months is because of infection window period.

I hope you realize if we did that, the proof you send would need to include your legal name, name of your doctor in case we need to confirm the information, and probably a photo ID as well to confirm you are the person with that name. Sounds crazy because it is crazy.

And regardless of ALL that, you could have gotten tested 2 days ago and became infected after, or you could have a false negative, etc... so it's pointless all things considered.

As for your comments regarding the legal landscape... Plenty of jobs dont have regulations specific to them. General laws surrounding labor isn't the same thing as regulations specific to one occupation.

My point is they have a good record in Nevada. Their system seems to be working.

We want decriminalization, not legalization. Not everyone wants to work in brothels in Nevada, it seems terrible. I don't even want to work for an agency here, let alone do this job for an employer (let alone the government!). Most women would leave the industry. Why do you want to push governmental regulations on us?

About decriminalization : please listen to SP's around you instead of watching a 5 minute youtube documentary or reading a short newspaper article.

A question to my fellow SP's : what is your dream booking? Like the absolute perfect date with a client? I'll answer mine later.

You say that as if it's a bad thing. Receipts aren't going to deter anyone. People use debit and credit cards for cams, strip clubs, massages etc etc.
Those businesses are booming. Travelling international won't be a problem at all. The way things are now if a client gets in trouble he won't be able to cross the border at all..

Hey! Thank you for mentioning things that are very legal almost in every countries.

There are very few countries in which strip clubs and cam shows are illegal…

Regardless of that, whatever you get a receipt for leaves paper trails and I know for sure not everyone likes that idea. Especially after reading a few threads here of people asking ways to avoid screening etc. you’re telling me those people would be ok with paying an escort with a credit card? Allow me to laugh.

Dream booking.
I may have had it once already.

A sweetheart who time flew by with and enjoyed eachothers company so much, while was also overpaid for the time together. He just wanted company while he was going threw his divorce. I had seen him a couple of times before this, all closeness but no sex, this story was 5 hr visit.

I am uncomfortable in public settings, so was a dinner date at his place where he planned on cooking a 12 couse dinner, we were full after 8 courses lol. With wine, and we played youtube music roulette where we would take turns picking songs to play on the TV while we talked and sang along with the music. Then cuddled as we watched a movie. Then gave him a massage, and I was horney from the romantic setting and atmosphere at that point and wanted to go farther but his divorce wasn't finalized yet, and he didn't want to be sexual with anyone till it was.

He really did want a relationship more than a hookup, and was trying to woo me into leaving my master, and this life to be his. But I have tried living a vanilla life before, and that lead me to my darkest days that I am still trying to recover from. My master is my kinky fantasies come true and I couldn't leave what my twisted dreams needed, for a traditional vanilla relationship, even if he wanted to take care of me. I need my master I dreamed of and finally have to lead me down the kinky rabbit hole to wonderland, not another person I have to pretend that side of me doesn't exhist and suppress my sexual appetites with.

That was the last time I saw him as his divorce became final, and he has moved on and took him no time at all to find a lovely lady to be with him. I wish them the best, and she really is a lucky woman.

I get my taboo kink relationship fantasies taken care of by my master who I trust and love and have a relationship planned for life with. But I get the softer sexual more vanilla and relationship style side filled by the clients I am willing to see. Why I am gfe and not pse in this business. I am only comfortable exploring that side with the person my whole heart is in it with, as it needs aftercare and love that work parameters don't have room for.

That’s a really beautiful date, sorry he tried to get you to leave your master though.

I'm not. It felt nice to be wooed, and I get how vanilla people don't understand bdsm. Often to a lot of them they hear the stories of people forced into it, or don't understand how someone can enjoy pain in a controlled trusting environment, while with a client it would just be a horrifying experience.

I leaned that about myself when I realized in mosh pits, I would get so dripping wet I thought I peed, to realize what I thought was pee was squirting, and the wetness was even beyond that point. I would go home after spending hours in the mosh pit to count my bruises and often had over 100.

I'm a freak in that way.. :p but we are all created differently, and no 1 structure works for everyone.

That's my point. It should be legal like strip clubs and cams. Never said it should be obligatory to pay with credit card. Even for cam shows there are different options for payments.

We all have to deal with government regulations. Brothels are not the only option. I don't want to push anything on anyone. Like I said when I first asked. There are some that are also calling for full legalization. So who should be listened too?

What would be improved with the legalization of prostitution, and how do you think it will be better for you as a client?

Our government can't figure out how to regulate anything successfully.

On the side of workers rights the systems heavily favour the employers. There are laws and rules, but try and see how it works out for the average person when it comes to health, safety and fair treatment.

I understand fully why there's little trust to allow the government in to regulate. They're absolute idiots.
